Went here for breakfast after hearing great things about it, boy did I make a mistake! Our waitress was incompetent, the food was room temperature and the manager was rude! I have a few food allergies, one being cinnamon. I asked if they could make French toast with no cinnamon in the batter, just egg. The waitress had trouble comprehending the question at hand, she went and asked the cooks 3 times coming back with the answer to the wrong question each time. We order the ranchero omelette, which she repeated back to us. We sat with empty coffee cups for about 20 minutes, then our food finally came out and she said shed bring us more coffee. The omlette we received was the ranchers omelette. The waitress tried blaming the cooks for this mistake saying she ordered the ranchero, but the receipt clearly said ranchers. This is a major problem as I am allergic to pork, and the ranchers has ham and bacon in it. To top off this annoying experience we asked to speak with a manager, with the manager sitting maybe 4ft from us with no response. We ask the waitress again to speak with the manager. When she finally comes over she leaned on our table, had an attitude, and argued with us that we didnt order the ranchero because the ticket says ranchers, apparently her wait staff can do no wrong. When I mentioned my allergy and the fact that I will be spending my day covered in hives and wheezing, she FINALLY took the omelette off the bill with no apologies to us.

I was in there last night with a friend of mine we were greeted at the door with a smile and then she sat us and said our waitress will be right with us she took our drink order and came back and drop them off and still our waitress never came over and greeted us when she finally came over she said her name was Kayla and she would be taking care of us tonight. She took our order and went back up to the bar and sat down and was hanging on the men up there when we finally got our food it was cold and she was no where to be found to take it back an warm it up this was our first time in here and it will be our last I dont get it if you cant handle your tables or greet us when you are told you have a table then why are you a waitress you should find something else to do then to wait on table we where told such great things about this place and it let us down. The only way we will come back is if we get a diff. server not her sorry wish i could give you more then two stars.

So sick of Orchard Grill, going to Leos down the street from now on. The new cook must be a moron or its the waitstaff. My husband and I just got another fried chicken pita (for the 10th time) is grilled really that difficult to make or understand? Another time before that I ordered a greek salad and the cook put in handfuls of dill. A. Greek salads dont have dill, and B. if your trying to experiment, dont make my salad look like a pine tree took a dump on it. Worst salad ever! Never receive any silverware and unwelcoming staff for carry out...etc. etc. Was a loyal customer, but Orchard Grill has gone down the drain.

Service was horrible I couldnt get a glass of water for the life of me the young blonde girl did not know the menu at all she brought me the wrong beer she took my $20 bill never brought my change back Ive never seen her after it was probably the worst experience of a waitress food-wise the prices are way too high they need to work on their staff they need to work on their prices they also need to work on their menu it is by far the cheapest menu Ive ever seen pictures of food sell I can honestly say I will never go back there again

This is our go to breakfast spot almost every weekend. Huevos Rancheros is amazing and my wife always gets spinach and feta omelettes. Only negative thing about this place is the hash browns. They are usually never fully cooked or to burnt.

The food is great, I really like the burgers and the lamb burger. The service was good. Prices are reasonable (burgers are about $8, but they dont cone with a side) The iced tea tasted a little off.

Recently updated building with multiple flat screens. Its menu is a coney style but with a high class touch. Very responsible prices and great coffee
