This is 1 star because that is lowest rating available. I called this morning to ask what app to use for putting self on list. I was told No Wait. There was only one app on play store which had blue lines resembling people. We put our name/# at 10:18 am &drove over. We had 10 people ahead. When we got there the hostess said she did not have us. I said what we had done on No Wait. Extremely rudely she said " I have no control over that,I only control this" as she pointed to her tablet & then was very dismissive as Id she did not realize she was in the service industry. Did not get name but she had short blond pixie style hair. A guy who may have been a server said we used wrong app. He showed me a green round icon which would work. I could not find anywhere on play store. The point is there was a totally different way it could have been handled by your staff. A better explanation by your person on phone. The app we signed up with sent us a confirmation email on the no wait app we used so have no idea why that did not eork. We had a gift card for 1st Watch which we may never use now since we were treated so poorly & had a bad experience. BTW we left after giving name/# to hostess when thought it over. Lois Graham

To me, breakfast is breakfast and this place was nothing special. Its not bad by any means but not worth waiting an hour for like we did. It is probably worth noting that they are in a small mall with a grocery store nearby so you can shop or at least look at stuff while you wait. The service was very good once we were seated and we got free coffee while we waited. We had an issue that I dont care to go into details about unrelated to the service but I can say that they handled it in the best way possible so I give them a lot of respect for that.

Completely not what Im use to at the established chain. Slow service. It took 10 mins to acknowledge me then my food can out wrong. Then after asking a different server I was able track down my food. Once it was correctly made I enjoyed it, but the experience was ruined. I had to ask to speak to a manager to ensure this was not a problem with every order. He took care of my bill, I would have rather had the experience Ive come to expect from this chain.

Food is very mediocre and overpriced... Staff is okay, theyre about what you would EXPECT from a restaurant in that location and price range. I dont dislike any type of food, but trying to be progressive with breakfast food is a dangerous game to play. Apparently they now only have turkey sausage patties--will not be going back. PK O Ryans had better breakfast if that tells you anything.

Mediocre hash. Browned, small avocados. I am presuming they dont use fresh, locally grown produce. If you are in this area and willing to pay this price range - would recommend North Star Cafe in Beechwold instead. Friendly service, just quality of food for this price that has me regretting our choice this morning.

This is the best First Watch in Cbus area for weekends. My husband and I have tried all the other First Watch places. Although they all need long waiting on weekends, this place offers the best waiting experience because its inside a mall. So we can sit in the mall sofas and othe seats around a water fountain.

Poor take out service every single time. Potatoes ice cold, not cooked completely or not added to the dish when the menu specifies it. Manager was very uptight on the phone. Their quality control in food sucks. Was promised a gift card for the poor meals, never received one. Terrible food prep.

I was traveling for work and First Watch was right across the road from my hotel. Excellent service every time and delicious food! It was quick enough that I could go in and eat, relax a little and still make it to work on time in the morning.

This place knows their niche, and that niche is breakfast. I believe theyre only open 7-2:30. The service is fast, the food is great and the coffee comes in a bottomless carafe. Overall worth a stop for eggs Benedict or an omelet.

First Watch is delicious and I go to all of them in Columbus. This one used to be the least enjoyable because they had a surly server that worked all of the time, but sheno longer works here. Excellent food and service!

Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Server checked back at appropriate intervals to see if we needed anything even though it was a busy lunch time. What more can you ask?

First, love their coffee! Second, asked for substitution of bread for potatoes, no problem. Third, tried one of the specials -- beef barbacoa with poached eggs, avocado, hollandaise -- delicious!
