My husband and I visited TGIF on June 11, 2017 at 7:00pm. Our experience went from bad to worst in less than 30 minutes. It all started when we were approached by server Amanda to take our order. After taking our order, Amanda disappeared. Another waitress named Marilyn came over with my soup and my husbands salad. My husband has Celiac disease so we specifically requested NO CROUTONS on his salad. Low and behold, Marilyn brought his salad out with chopped up croutons that blended in the salad. My husband ate a fork full of the salad and realized that it had croutons. We told Marilyn what happened because our original waitress Amanda was no where to be found. Marilyn took the salad off the table and walked away without a single word! It took another 20 min to get a different salad. I told Marilyn the severity of the mistake they made and she did not seem to care one little bit. After eating our meals, we requested the bill. My husband began to have horrible stomach pains d/t the croutons, so I decided to leave quickly instead of speaking with the manager about my horrible experience. Marilyn brought out the wrong bill. After 10 more minutes, we finally received the bill. Marilyn seemed very passive aggressive and uncaring when I told her that my husbands stomach was hurting d/t the croutons. She didnt even apologize for the mistake. My husband had severe stomach pains all night do to Marilyn and Amanda. Do not go to this location if you have any food allergies or restrictions.

CAITION....DONT EVEN PULL IN THE PARKING LOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY NEW TIRES. THERE IS ALWAYS BROKEN GLASS IN THE PARKING LOT... I had the lowest of expectations from my last visit and still ended up being disappointed . I would avoid this place like the plague. In addition to having to buy 4 new tires from my last visit due to all the broken glass in the parking lot, the food and service and management are extremely lacking to say the least. Regardless of what you order I guarantee it will come out wrong. My friend ordered hot wings and got barbecue and I ordered a medium Burger with pink in the center and had to cut the crust off of the meat when I got it. When I complained about it the manager simply said sorry to hear that the glass is not our responsibility and that was the end of that. I would give them zero Stars if Google would allow me to. The absolute worst restaurant in Troy. Youd do better to find your meal in a dumpster somewhere then to eat here. As someone with an enormous amount of food service experience, I can honestly say quite possibly the worst restaurant in America.

This is by far the worst Fridays in the metro Detroit area (15min outside of Detroit) They have an older white lady that seats the guests at this location when you walk in. Shes never at the front door, HELLO! Youll wait at least 15 to 20m to be seated in the Bar area or Dining area. The wait could be less if (A) This lady would be where she should be or (B) If the other wait staff would care a little about customer service, theyll notice that we need a seat. Waiters will be walking around while looking at you thinking too themselves, wow I would hate to be them standing there for 20m! And mind you, this us for the dining area. If you sit in the bar area, the service is worst than the dining area. The bartenders are making drinks and running food. This place is either under staff or the management sucks A** Save your time and go to the Hall Rd location. Good Food and Service at that location.

Dirty water glass, drank 1/2 noticed orange pulp stuck to the inside of the glass. Ordered kids food as soon as we sat down. Asked that the Appetizers come out with the meal. Appetizers came out even before the kids food.. then waited 25 mins for out entrees. Ordered the chicken and shrimp skillet. Chicken was just seared on the outside and microwaved. Chicken and shrimp were like rubber. Chicken on my wifes salad was raw and forgot her goat cheese. Sever did not bring Appetizer plates the list goes on. Manager said he would take care of the entrees and Appetizers.. bill said we owed $16 for a kids meal and a drink hahaha. So he fixed that. But it seems this is the standard everywhere we just laugh. And only go fine dining on date nights with places like this you just have to pray someone cares about there job.

Im only giving it a 2 because the man (who I think was the Manager) who spoke to us was understanding and very apologetic. We had a party of 10, the older lady at the door acted like we were bothering her when we walked in, mind you it was dead in there. One of our friends found a hair on her plate, she called over the waitress who was a new Manager, she didnt even seemed surprised, understanding, or say she was sorry. She asked if she wanted a new meal or a free dessert. Most of us ordered the same 2 drinks and each one tasted and looked totally different. A few of us had endless appetizers and it took way too long to get the next app. When receiving our bills, some were charged the wrong amount. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I wont be back to this location.

This was the worst service/food experience ever. I wish I could rate this negative stars. My husband is a pretty generous tipper and this time only gave 10%. We never got refills. We ordered additions and subtraction to our burgers. Our waitress didnt deliver our food someone else did. We told her our order was wrong and could she send the waitress. It took more than 10 minutes for her to come over. When we told her what was wrong she said we never told her those additions and subtraction. Meanwhile, whole waiting my burger soaked through its bin and was just a mess of sogginess. It took us going up to the hostess stand to get silverware because our waitress was nowhere to be found.

My boyfriend and I went 7 oclock on a Saturday and sat at the bar. Our bartender was Trent. He was wonderful! Not only does he make a great drink, he was attentive without being intrusive! Always had a smile, was polite and professional. We never had to ask for anything because he was already ahead of us! My steak was cooked the way I ordered it and my boyfriends chicken was perfect... Im leaving this review because we get poor service often and we were so happy with our experience. It is unfortunate that other reviewers had bad experiences, but perhaps they just need to sit with Trent! And Im a bartender myself, so I would know! Happy dining everyone!

Worst Fridays ever. The manager was rude and didnt seem to care that we were not happy with our service. The waitress never came back to acknowledge us after we asked for a manager. Ordered the endless apps and it took forever to get our choices, when we approached the manager with our concerns she said to us "this is not a buffet ", her statement was very insulting. Please steer clear of this place they dont deserve to profit off of your hard earned money. They need to be trained on how to administer customer service. I give this place zeroooooooooo stars.
