Would give it no stars if I could. Got there at 1130pm, my party of 5s food did not get there until 1:20 AND it was cold. So an hour and 50 minutes, it was national wing day so it was busy. But you would think an establishment would accommodate for a busy day. My friends and I were talking within our table about it taking so long and a server was cleaning a table behind us and eavesdropping. He went to the manager on duty at the time (7/29/16) and said that we were harassing the servers. Which is not true, we were very kind and understanding to our server and that it was not her fault the food was taking long. We had gone to the manager twice during the hour and 50 minutes about the unnecessarily long wait for a couple of orders of wings. He stated he had "two fryers down", then later told us that he had all the people he needed working when we mentioned why they wouldnt have more people working on a day they knew would be busy. When he came to our table with the bills the FIRST thing he said was "Are you harassing my server", extremely rude and inappropriate by the manager. As caught off guard as we all were, being accused of harassment when we were expressing how we felt TO EACH OTHER, not being mean to ANY OF THE WORKERS. We were confused and asked him to elaborate, and he stated multiple servers felt harassed by my table. And then the manager continued to be rude and argue with us. It was not a gourmet meal, we all had wings. No difficult orders at all. Almost 2 hours for wings, I think its okay to be upset about that, doesnt matter if its national wing day. An establishment such as BWW should be able to accommodate, and it was late so the crowd began dying down by the time we got there. The customer should always be right and that was not the case here. Apparently it was our fault that we were upset for waiting almost two hours for wings. The manager kept saying our meals were "comped" as if he was doing us a favor. We werent looking for a free meal, but a meal we can enjoy without waiting almost 2 hours for and being accused of harassing the staff afterwards. We came from a long day of working at the hospital across the street and just wanted a meal once we left. Shame on them. We were all extremely disgusted by the unprofessionalism displayed here and would rather drive miles to a different BWW than right across the street.

This was the worst experience Ive had at any establishment. We went to watch the game and within 3 hours my friends and I had 3 beers a piece. We also ate food and were just having a good time. Our waitress came up took our order and never came back. When we asked why we havent received our drinks, we were told because we were drinking in excess. We then asked for our tabs. After receiving our tabs from a different waitress we asked for a manager because to cut us off is one thing, but dont make us just sit there for 30-45 mins not knowing we got cut off. The manager came over the first time and was very rude and impossible to work with. We each paid with debit cards and my bill the first time I saw it was $32. Because the waitress and the manager apparently failed math class my card got ran for $62.00, before they even said anything to me about doing so. (They added some of my friends drinks to my tab after they left the table.) So naturally the ones who had a smaller bill blessed off on it and I called the manager over and told him I was not signing that. My wife and I had 5 beers total and 1 sampler. So the manager took my bill back and adjusted it again and brought me a 28 dollar bill. Thats better. Except now someone has to pay for the other drinks so he ask who had those and the couple that did said they had already paid their bill. So the manager says oh so do I have the understanding your not going to pay your bill? Mind you they already did once and now are being asked to pay more? To Sum it up stay away from this crap place. Their math skills are horrible, they have poor management and as of right now Im still waiting to see if I ever do get my $62.00 back. Plus apparently your only allowed 3 beers no matter how long your there.

This is your typical BW3s. If youve been to one, youve been to them all. Theres nothing too special about this particular location that differentiates itself from the other BW3s out there, so dont go out of your way to get to this one if there is a closer BW3s to you. The nice thing is that they get all of the pay-per-view UFC fights. The down side is that you have to show up **several hours** before the main event (like, seriously, 4-6 hrs!) if you want a table! Youll then have to park there alllll nighhhht lonnnng until the main event kicks off at around midnight or so. Trust me, Ive been to at least 5 UFC events at this location and it gets jam-packed. Every. Single. Time. To the point that the whole lobby/foyer is full of people who are just standing there eating wings and watching the fight. Ridiculous. Given that you are prepared to deal with this and the huge bar tab from sitting there for 5+ hrs, then youll do just fine. Be sure to order two beers at a time bec service can take AGES when it is this packed. Also, cash out *right before* the main event because EVERYONE in the place will want to do so as soon as the main fight is over and youll end up waiting forever to get your tab. Just thought I would post this as a heads-up!

Went here for lunch for a co-workers birthday. It was my first time at this location and I havent been to a Buffalo Wild Wings for awhile. It was basically like I remembered it. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She did a good job checking on us and getting our orders to us fast. We started off with the fried pickles. Thw pickles were slices and not spears. They were okay, a bir salty for my taste. It also would have been nice to have some small plates for us to use while sharing. I had their new BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a good size and I had the grilled version. The sandwich comes with their Honey Barbecue sauce which was quite tasty.. The ebacon on the sandwich was thick and tasty which I very much enjoyed. The fries that came with the sandwich though left much to be desired. They werent very good and mst everyone did not finish them. Since we were there for a birthday and the birthday girl had been raving about their chocolate cake we had to get some. It was a nice big slice of cake with a generous scoop of ice cream that came with it. We all enjoyed the cake and though I didnt find it spectacular it was very good.
