This used to be my favorite toco Bell. But over the last few months has slipped. Counter staff is so bad youd think it was some part of a prank video. Food was adequate when it finally arrived, after all, what can you do to the standard zero Taco Bell good? Well, they found how. Ratios of ingredients was off but thats only. Rolling a burrito was evidently a challenge but since I could use a fork it worked out. It was not busy so it wasnt that theres a rush. Oh, count your change. All I had this time was a large bill and it was rediculois the process to get change. If I wasnt honest and was a change scammer I would have had a great target. I took the time to teach her how to prevent loss and protect her till. It took so long for food we covered alot of territory. Training is indicated in many areas.

The employee at the drive-thru window (I did not catch his name) forgot to give us our drink, a straw, napkins, or even our credit card back! though he remembered the card as we drove about a foot from the window, we had to then remind him of the drink as well. We parked and then realized we were not give a straw or napkins. When I went inside to get those items he saw the worker was out having a smoke break, he then asked me "what did you forget"? I did not forget anything, the worker is the one getting paid to hand us those things. I was also disgusted to find that inside the wrapper of my cheesy rollup ( which is in fact JUST cheese) was dried lettuce, tomato, burger, cheese and sour cream.

My father was being x-rayed at Ascension / Crittenton Hospital across the street around midnight on a Wednesday and this was one of the very few places still serving food. I dont eat at Taco Bell as often as I used to, but this food was comparable with some of the better locations I frequently visited years ago. The people working the drive-thru were patient and then quickly delivered the food after we ordered.

poor management at this location. my food order was given to us incomplete with one wrong item.... (no big deal.) what was surprising is that they argued with us about what the order was, and did not want to retake correct order. they refunded money for incorrect item and actually asked "whats your problem?!" wowee!!

Very standard taco bell food that is consistent with other locations. This location has all the promotions that one might see in advertising. Only downside is that this location gets very busy at times and wait times can be in excess of 15 minutes. Generally best to not go around lunch or dinner time to avoid this.

My family and i just went through the drive thru and they gave my husband a quesadilla instead of a quesorito. We went back and the gave us the quesorito plus a giant bag of cinnamon twists:) lady was really nice too. Was very pleased with their hospitality.

This place is a shame because the workers are super nice. But my god are they slow and typically screw up even the simplest of orders. I cant give them a one because they are so nice, but this place is a constant struggle.

I saw an ant crawling on the window while I sat at a sticky table. The soda I purchased did not taste right at all. The restaurant was full of loud and rude teenagers. Had to stop for a quick bite. Will not be returning.

They screwed my order up, but they fixed it with a free item and hooked up all the burritos A+++ when they make it right. UPDATE. NEW cook or something. Place is gross! Old old old grease. Nasty cold food! How!

Very clean place, it seemed as though the register is a new hire, he seemed a little confused. Perhaps because it was lunch and there were a ton of people. Besides that, everything was great!
