Drove almost two hours, roundtrip, to get my favorite whipped icing cake for my friends last day off work. It was suppose to say I will miss you, with the I crossed out and "We" wrote in. Like the I was a mistake. Instead of it being a X there was a V over the I like a stacked Roman numeral. I kinda fixed that kinda, not that big of a deal. But then we go to eat it and the accent icing is not the whipped icing, its the sugary one!! Ruined the cake, that icing is just to sweet, thats why I drive so far just for a cake, next time I will drive the extra 20 minutes on top of my already long drive to get my cake from a different Kroger.

Theres a lady named Tammy that does not belong in a customer service position AT ALL! Met with the slightest crises she does not handle herself well at all and yells at customers!! I was only walking in her direction and got barked at too. It literally shocked me. I am visiting family in sturgis and gaurentee I will take my business elsewhere!

I love this store, not only do they have quality food at low prices, the people are always friendly, and ready to help. Thats what makes the difference in this small town grocery store. Sometimes bigger isnt always better. Way to go Sturgis mi. Kroger store.
