I have had it with this Burger King. I went there because another restraunt was alot busier plus I like BK. This restraunt is horrible. I go through the drive thru. Noone there before me for a while. Get to the window I am asked to wait a few minutes....for what? Nothing. So I order and go to the window. Get my food. I ordered 2 items. And all thats in my bag is one item. So I went inside to get my item but in the meantime I realize my sandwich was cold. Really? When I went in the staff never apologized and never even made attempt to say sorry. Worst service. I have heard they are getting better at this location. Yea right.

The manager in charge was very rude to his co workers and to another customer when he complained about the veggie burger being like rubber the manager said its a microwave item and that if he made him another one it would be the same.I think that if thats the case maybe it should not be sold and he should have given his money back. Also when we walked up to the counter to place our order we were told that the drive thru was backed up so our wait would be longer than normal almost made us feel like they didnt want to take our order .

I stopped at Sturgis Burger King today to grab a quick bite on my way back to the office. I had to wait in line an unreasonably long time, even though there were only two cars in front of me. I ordered 10 Nuggets for $1.49 and asked for BBQ sauce. I paid for my order and when I got back to my office, there wasnt any sauce or napkins in the bag. Lukewarm nuggets without sauce or napkins are not a bargain -- regardless of how cheap they are.

Came for breakfast and the breakfast menu wasnt up. The girl working said she was short staffed and promtly changed it for me. She was extremely nice her name was deloren. I will gladly come back because of her.

Food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it was made hours ago. Place was dirty. No clean tables, trash was full and the place looked like a dump. Never eating there again.
