Their smoothies and food are absolutely delicious! I order online because the line always seems to be long (but that means its busy because its so tasty!). However, at this point you still have to wait in the line to pick up your order so you really arent saving that much time and the food gets cold. The inside is decorated in a very trendy way. They have a barside table to sit and eat at as well as regular tables. The staff is always friendly and kind. Not your typical teenagers who dont put any effort in their fast food jobs. They make sure everything is quality before sending it out. I think this is a great place to dine in for a first date or catching up with friends. And a fine establishment for bringing a family in to eat. Its also great for takeout! 5/5 stars to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Youve really impressed me. ** by the way, download their app and you can pay digitally and collect a free $5 credit for every $50 spent **

I want to start by saying that I LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE but this location is already letting me down with only have gone 6 times. I use their app to get the rewards points and the one time I was in there I had the app out and ready and waiting to scan and the girl saw me have it out and I asked her after I paid when to scan? Because they are suppose to ask in general if you have the app and then will tell you "go ahead to scan". Well after I asked, the girl says "oh its already to late" and she knew she messed up because I was really bummed about not getting $26 in rewards points. She just overall she didnt even apologize or nothing and then at then the next time I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and got one piece of bacon! Like seriously, you pay for it why dont they actually make the sandwiches correctly. I just wish the staff would pay attention a little more!

Great food, decently priced. Friendly staff, and high quality fresh ingredients, however the craftsmanship of how the sandwiches are made differ from whom is working at that time. Thanks guys!... had a previous 5 star rating here but the most recent visit, I cannot ignore the rotten lettuce on my sandwich. There is a distinct difference between cooked/warmed up lettuce and rotten wilted dark olive brown colored lettuce. This place has been great up until today!! (4-3-2017) come on guys, I really enjoy comming in here plus I spend close to $100 dollars a week in here. Please pay more attention when making sandwiches guys/gals. Its not going to stop me from coming in but I will not order the wraps with lettuce anymore.

St Clair Shores is the best Tropical Smoothie Café that I have been to. I have even been in Florida and been in your Livonia store quite a few times and not once was there app machine working been there 4 times within the last month-and-a-half and I have ordered two or three hes at a time at your Livonia store thats a lot of money when it comes down to not being able to collect your points Put all of the cafes that I had that day have suggested quite a few different things for me

Great spot to get healthy, delicious food and smoothies for, what I consider, a great price! You can order ahead online (cards only) and just go to the cashier to pick up your order. Otherwise, there may be a 2-7 minute wait depending on what youve ordered and how busy they are. The service is good, but the smoothies are EXCELLENT ! Ample parking in a shared plaza.

i just want to say this is the best tropical smoothie ive been to. The staff is great they welcome you and treat you like family. this is an awesome kids environment i always bring my kids in and the staff is so friendly to the m so i have only good things to say about this tropical smoothie
