Exquisite ChateauBriand and more.... My wife and 21 month old daughter had dinner here on Saturday evening. I know you are thinking who would take a child of that age to a nice restaurant but take it from me she was not a problem at all. I thought the service was very good though a little truncated from time to time. I imagine this is one of their busiest nights. My wife had the bouillabaisse which she said was excellent. I opted for the charcuterie spread with the Pate maison and it was excellent. The chateau briand was very, very good and the sauce was simply divine. I am not sure whether it was a modified béarnaise or just something the chef improvised but the sauce alone was worth the visit. Set in the back of an unassuming little strip mall kind of place it was like being in France on the inside. Edith Piaf singing and the smells emanating from the kitchen and you could very easily think you were in France. Highly recommend!

Pros and cons. Con: The atmosphere is a little lacking compared to the quality food they dish out. The presentation could have been one step higher to match the scrumptious dishes. Pros: The food was very high claiber, every dish from the appetizers to the desserts were superb. Our waitress was very attentive and knew her way around the specials and the menu. The chef did come out to greet some tables including ours which was welcoming. Homey restaurant with high end dishes. All around I would absolutely return. 5 * because the taste and preparation of the food was excellent.

One of the best hidden gems in the bay area. Pricey but worth every penny, I cant recommend it or chef Dominique enough! Food is always stellar, service is always great! I always describe it as imagining the best French chef you could find made you a home cooked meal! Go here every chance I get for celebratory meals! Personal favorites are the escargot, elk, and cassoulet, scallops and other seafood are to die for, and their steaks are also stellar. Dont be afraid to order the house wines as they are excellent from my experience and affordable.

First time visiting Cafe Largo and it was great!!! Michelle was awesome, very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was spectacular. We had the scallops for an appetizer and they were like butter in your mouth. The house salad with goat cheese was crisp, fresh, and tasty. I ordered the veal, med rare and it wa s tender and succulent. My husband tried Elk for the first time and absolutely loved it....my sample was yummmmyyyy!! Overall, this was a very tasty dinner. I recommend it to people who are looking for a great dining experience!!

We had Juan as our server and he was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and very kind. One of the best servers Ive come across. I had the lobster mac and cheese and OMG!, it was delicious. My boyfriend had some pasta which was also very good. It had alfredo, spinach, chicken, and onions. The food was very tasteful. Im giving it a 4 because It was a bit expensive but food, quality, and service were definitely a 5.

The atmosphere was relaxed and the courses were spread out. Its a nice evening where you arent rushed through like most commercial restaurants. Plan to be there for atleast 2 hours. Good place to go for a group night out or 2 people starting to get to know each other. The food and wine was excellent! The server was very courteous and attentive. The only issue we had was that we were a little warm.

Think twice before going there. We went for saturday dinner on a special occasion. Upon return home, I started vomiting till noon next day. The amount of physical and psychological pain I endured during the night will stay in memory as a bad experience for a long time. I spent rest of Sunday catching up on sleep, and had a bad stomach for couple days later. Eat at your own risk!

Waitress Kimberly was great, food was great, however I was disappointed that in such a fine French restaurant they had no French coffee and the Deseret were ok and for the ambiance thumbs down. When the food offered is so delicious you still need the whole dinning experance it was not there !

Really looked forward to going here for my birthday..My brother , who loves French food came in from another state..service was a bit slow and food served haphazardly..The food itself was mediocre at best..Way over priced..One in our party ended up with food poisoning..Never again!!

Five star dining!!! Chef Dominique is fantastic! My good friend has been going here for 16 years and recently told me that Chef D trained Gordon Ramsay! Very delicious food, elegant fine dining! His family also works in his restaurant. His son Sabastian gives wonderful service.

This is the best restaurant that I have been to in Pinellas! The chef must have come out and checked on us and the rest of the diners at least 5 times while WE were there. He and his staff were excellent and the food was nothing short of perfect. 11/22/16
