On a lark, after reading the stellar review it got in the Times, we drove up there this morning. Well worth the drive, which I imagine well do again soon. Not only is it the most intriguing coffee house (emphasis on the "house") Ive ever been to, it also, by good luck, serves superb coffee. You walk into the living room--leather chairs, couch, a guitar on the wall for anyone who feels like strumming. Head down the short hallway to the kitchen--complete with dining table and chairs and a counter bar that looks out onto the intercoastal .waterway. Order your drink from Michael and, once you have your drink in hand (I had a delicious decaf soy latte that was both smooth and rich), you can join others at the dining room table or you can mosey outside to the patio area and watch the goings-on on the intercoastal. It was too hot for us back there, so we sat in the kitchen and chatted with the staff. On the way out, you may want to make a quick stop in the bathroom. Its like your moms--repleat with bathtub and shower. But its a no-no to use it, so just chuckle when you see it. Why cant all coffee houses be like this? What a gem!

One of my favorite places to work. You cant beat the office view. All of the coffee is delicious. Theyve got quite a few different styles, so no matter what kind of a coffee drinker you are, theres a coffee there for you. Theyve got dedicated parking spots for patrons and you can go to the outside sitting area and drink your coffee while looking toward the intercostal.

Gypsy Souls has thee best tasting decaf latte! I have a hard time finding a rich decaf blend, but this knocked my socks off. Excellent selection of hot & cold options, flavor shots, and they offer soy milk... whew!! They have a few baked good nibbles, so dont go looking for a full breakfast. This is a true coffee shop. Great personable staff, too.

Small business with a mom and pop shop feel. Son got the banana bread and I got a coffee. Price was not exspensive and reasonable ($2.50 for a medium coffee that I would consider as a large). This is a place to go for a cup of Joe that has great chatacter. I am out of town but will go back when near!

Nice new coffee house on the beach. I love it. Room to hang out and get comfortable. I had a cappuccino and a Pina Colada smoothie (non alcoholic). Both really good. The smoothie hit the spot after a hot morning. I understood an area out back by the inland waterway will be open soon. Ill be back

Fantastic coffee and breakfast treats, tucked along the beach strip. Beautiful view if you want to stay and enjoy your coffee. Or you can easily cross the street and head out to the beach for a walk, while you sip your brew. Prices are reasonable and the owner is extremely friendly and cheerful.

Love the taste of locally roasted and fresh brewed quality coffee served by friendly people. The living room atmosphere is great, with your choice of music. The outdoor patio is on the water. Not too shabby at all!

Really nice little coffee shop. Ice coffee was good but the real attraction was the back yard where you could sip your coffee and spot some Pelicans while enjoying a little break away from the buzz of the beach

Friendly folks that know coffee. Beautiful sitting area in the back overlooking a canal, homes, and boats. The prices arent jacked up for the tourists. A great place to unwind with very good coffee.
