Pulled into the drive thru and ordered an apple pie Sunday, 2 apple pies, a chicken sandwich, lemonade, and some fries for me and my girlfriend to find out that theyre out of Apple pie Sundays, Apple pies, AND lemonade! We settle for a strawberry cheesecake Sunday, funnel cake, and coke instead due to being out of 70% of our order and suck it up. Get home (luckily we only live 1 mile away) and about a quarter into the sandwich my girlfriend realizes that it is raw! I go back up there to speak with a manager and he could seem to have cared less, had to prove that the sandwich was raw, and then refused to compensate me for anything other than the sandwich (a whole $2 dollars and some change ) despite the inconvenience of being out of half my order, and having to come up there twice. wish I remembered the managers name but I do not. Im sure its the least of their concerns but we will definitely not be going back there anymore.

They couldnt get an order for a hamburger with extra pickles right. First they gave me a cheeseburger with nothing else. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it except for pickles. Then they gave me a hamburger with nothing on it but 2 pickles. This is in the same order. They always screw up and say that they have no shakes because the machine is down. No matter when u go there. They also have to get u out of their drive thru in 30seconds because they have a counter. Thats why they just toss anything in ur bag then get mad when u ask for the right order. They always have attitude but thats free at any Checkers.

Couldnt order 3 orders at same time. Was told to drive back around to do other order, and that if I didnt like it to talk to corporate it was their policy. Then when I did drive around I was told the side I went to was closed and to use the other ordering side. No receipts were in bags even after I asked if they were and told yes. And chocolate shake was a vanilla shake with a squirt of chocolate and not even mixed. This is the 3rd strike for this location. Our entire multi-tenant office building will not be going back.

The wait time at this place when you walk up to place an order is unf****ng believable! Just for something simple like a sandwich and a drink. Prices are pretty decent but you get what you pay for I guess. Like so many places nowadays customer service has gone right out the window and down the crapper. Drive- through is a priority at this place apparently. Have put this place on my list of do not go to again places.

I couldnt believe the deals they had on burgers here, until I bit into it. Ive always wanted to own a horse, not eat one. The fries are worth the horse meat tho and if you want to totally kick healthy eating out the door get as Apple pie and a shake. Im sure Dr. Stewart Fisher would have something to say about a person who eats here, but hes never treated them so whats he know

Got a slushie. Cost $1.90 after taxes, so I gave the lady $2.00 in change and I actually think I gave her $2.25, I asked for my change when she gave me my food & she said, "Im good." Then shut the window. I either needed ten cents back or 35 cents. Doesnt matter since its change, but dont trust them with ur money.

Great Food but count your change before you leave the drive thru. The cashiers always short you from ten cents to a quarter every time. This has happened to me three times, and just once last week and now this week. They need to imploye the same technique as Taco Bell.

Poor service,poorly lit parking lot,parking lot in total disrepair. This place is not one that when you look at it you say " hey this looks like a good place to stop" sorry checkers you have some work to do on appearance and service.

If you pull in ..you mine as well pull right back out and go to burger king at least there you will get food.. CLEAN FOOD. I ordered 3 BLTs. And got 1 piece of Bacon crumbled!! Omg RE -TRAIN YOUR WORKERS.

I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get an ice cream cone. I ordered from the front outside window. I saw employees just sitting on their phones, definitely recommend the Burger King next door.

This place delivers 100% of the time if youre ordering a large attitude and a side of sass. Seriously, Id think it to be difficult to be that damn rude. Food is mediocre though.
