We went through the drive thru and ordered a 12pk special. They pulled us forward out of the line and continued serving smaller orders. Twenty minutes later I went inside and asked the girl working the counter about the hold up. She said they had a stove malfunction. Ok I understand. The girl standing next to me asked how long is been waiting for a 12pk. I told her and she stated that she had just ordered one too she didnt want to wait that long and went out side. The girl came back in and waited next to me. And they filled her order a few mins later. I told them I had been waiting way longer and mine should have been made first. They said since mine had cheese and hers didnt it was easier just to make it first. Is that really how they run there business? Just doing whatever is easier for them, because the customer can just wait right? Never again!

So I want to this krystal the other day and it seemed odd at 1st I was having a bad day and I see this beautiful polite girl named Jasmine Steck up there she was so nice and sweet helpped me out with what I wanted to eat she told me what was her favorite and i tried it and loved it she told me to have a great day with a nice smile made me feel so welcomed me and all my family will come here just because of her

Just passing through from SC back to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Our cashier was Lori. she was friendly, professional and made sure our meal was satisfactory. The store was very clean except for a few that left from the lunch crowed and thats to be expected. When I make the trip back to visit my children and grand children I will stop in again. This store number is TALF02.

Traveling through decided to stop but shouldve just kept on going. Waited 20min just for the front counter to take my order for the simple fact the gal was running from front to the back getting peoples orders 1 by 1, cant believe how disorganized this place was. And yet still had to wait another 10-15 to get my to go order, plus they were out of iced tea.

Went through Drive thru to order one thing of medium french fries and pay for them, and if I hadnt went in I would havent gotten them. They were so busy talking they forgot I was waiting on my fries. Its very sad, I waited over ten minutes and realized I wasnt getting them. Time & quality is very important when it comes to getting your food.

I came here yesterday and the workers were all amazing. The same Crystal you can get anywhere but with great workers. Also I usually have a problem with onions sticking to gloves and getting onto my burgers even though I dont want them. Didnt have that problem with any of my 4 crystal burgers, so the cooks must clean their hands/gloves well.

The menu does not have all the items listed on it. When we tried to order, the drive through woman was extremely rude and yelling at us. Then they charged our card before telling us the order would take several minutes to make and having us pull up. She continued to be rude the entire time we were at the establishment.

The cleanest Krystals Ive ever seen. The employees are wonderful. It makes me mad when I think of the three Krystal locations near my home. If anyone from Krystal corporate offices see this post PLEASE TAKE ALL THE KRYSTAL MANAGERS IN JACKSONVILLE FL TO THIS ONE FOR A MASSIVE TRAINING SESSION!!!!!!!

I have never had krystals like this I was so disappointed. In my food. I eat krystals all the time and love the food . but this would never have been. Like this in jacksonville fl where I come from. All in all it sucked I will not come back to this krystals when I come to this town .

Terrible service.. Ordered and waited 20 minutes for food. It was never brought to table. Had to go to cashier and ask where my order. They lost it. No telling how long I would have sit there waiting...... Is this not fast food restaurants?.....smh

Food was decent but service was surprisingly outstanding. Both women who helped us were very friendly and respectful as well as even the customers sitting inside. This place definitely has a better vibe than your average fast food restaurant.

Came in to eat in the back side of a 2k in 2 day ride. Staff was awsome. They talked to us but we were on of the only ones in there. It was a very refreshing experience. For that j thank you. Plus you can not beat those little burgers.
