The smoothies are absolutely delicious. But Im giving this place one star because they are never open at their posted times. I dont even think they know what times their hours of operation are because their door clearly has it posted that they open at 7 am. Yet here on Google it states they open at 8. Even though I have TRIED to go a few times in the morning around 9 and they were not open. Also... the door and Google says theyre open until 11 p.m. however I went there twice now after a work out next door at planet fitness and they were closed at 8 p.m. This place would be absolutely amazing if they were actually open during the hours they advertise.

Everything was great until i found this long piece of hair in my turkey wrap!! I talked to the manager the next day about the hair and the attitude of one of his employees, he claimed he was glad i brought it to his attention but I felt like nothing was going to be solved! He gave me a free smoothie with my choice of two fruits...shouldnt I have gotten my meal replaced that I had to throw away!!! Or at least any kind and size of smoothie I wanted! The employee that made my free smoothie was more helpful than the manager...just sad smh, never again will this place get my business.

Sometimes the stuff here is excellent and other times it is not. The building says delivery however if you call it is not an available option. Different employees do things different and it is never somewhere I can be in and out. Its always kinda different but comparable and after waiting fifteen minutes I got the wrong sandwich two times today before I left extremely dissatisfied and Im not returning.

Sometimes my smoothies taste different when different employees make them and yes, its always the same smoothie, but they are always Good.!!! Service has been good too.!!! I hope they are as healthy as they claim..lol

The customer service was great, very helpful. It was a little hard to find just remember next to planet fitness. The smoothie was good now kust waiting to eat my wrap
