Horrible experience at this place. We asked for 4 turkish coffees received different, dirty, and cracked coffee cups. Asked for them to be replaced to two seperate servers, it took 20 minutes and when they returned they said that was all they had. Coffee was cold by that time. They served our other drinks in Styrofoam cups, and dont even have menus. What really ticked me off was when a local singer came on for the live music (Kareem something), he praised the murderer dictator Bashar AlAssad and the Syrian regime several times. Why would someone involve politics when you are there to have fun and escape the real world? If I wasnt there to see the singer who was coming after him, Tony Eid, I would have walked out. Save yourself the trouble and go some where else with more class.

Drove all the way from Ann Arbor with a few friends. Waitress did not refill our drinks until we told her to, and that was towards the end when she decided to walk to our table. My dish was cold and the rice was brought out 5 minutes after being served and it was crunchy. We decided to have hookah, there was one gentleman who was very kind, the others were rude. We asked him to change the TV and he did. Another employee came by and yelled at him for doing so, he stated that its not up to them but the customers; who the hell were we? a group of 9 people, we didnt work there! and there were only three people sitting at other tables not even watching TV. I would not recommend this place, negative atmosphere, and not very welcoming.

If I could give negative stars I would! I went with some family members and close friends. The singers were great and catered to the diverse crowd. The waitress was terrible and didnt see her after the beginning until the bill came. The food was ok. The meats were good. The tabooli and fatoosh were terrible. No alcohol is served but BYOB. Everything is paper and plastic including cups, plates, forks and serving plates. What bothered me the most is that when I tried paying via credit card, they told me machine was broke. This is something that a decent establishment should inform you of in the beginning of the night. I had to walk three blocks to the ATM in the freezing cold. Save yourself the trouble and dont go to this place.

Walked in nobody greeted us or seated us. So we sat at any random table. One lady came and literally threw 2 menus on table and power walked away quickly. Then a waittress came from behind her REALLY AWKWARD and took our orders. Got the food kinda late. She also did not check up on us when we needed things. When we were walking out the door she said "wow no tip" and i yelled back "next time do your job lady"

worst service took the waitress 15 mins to take our order soup tasted bad like old the salad had a rotten taste could of been the cheese or the ranch very small portions order d-bone chicken got 2 very small pieces with one slice of a pickle expansive too i payed 12 dollars for that little piece of chicken waitress didnt even come to check up on us and they werent even busy

Service was good and speedy. Staff were friendly. The interior was nice. It doubles as some type of club so the lighting is dim. They have restaurant chairs as well as a lounge area if you just wanted to connect to wifi and do some work. They also have hookah. The shrimp cajun quesadilla was very good. It was a generous portion and you can pay more for fries.

What can I say ,, the service was bad ,, I ordered drinks and hookahs so we hot them after long time and when the waiter came with our order he has been rude , plus the charged me for things they were not in our agriment ,Im saying agriment cause I got a table for 10 ppl and we talked about what it needs to be served , so i wasnt happy st all with them

Nastiest place ever! Never had waffle fries that make leather hyde seem tender! Dont look at the menu and think ur food will look like the pix its a joke. My boyfriend says the shwarma taste like a little kid made it! Just go here to smoke dont eat this BS! Im so upset I wasted my hard earned money here....ugh!

Waitress was really friendly, service was great but the food was terrible.. The food tastes like soap. But now we know that the dishes were very clean.. The only dish that we really enjoyed would be the lava cake. But dont get me started with the kabobs or the wraps. Never again!

This place is horrible for service, ordered hookah and waited for 45 minutes at the end we got up and left.times before when I came with my girlfriend, the food wasnt worth paying for. The meat was dry as bad as the service. This was the last time we came to this place...

Very good healthy food options prepared fresh. Not the usual burgers and fries common at many museums. We have had the paninis as well as the vegetables and hommus plates. We are vegetarians and happy to find great options! Good coffee as well.

HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!!! Just went in for take out. I ordered a hamburger and 20 minutes later I got a cold piece of meat that tasted like it just slipped out of a box!! AND THEY FORGOT MY CHEESE!!!! NOT FRESH....NASTY. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They recently did renovate this restaurant. It now look like a Good Hookah place; but if you are looking to eat dinner your food is served in Plastic-ware. The food still taste good.
