I have no clue how this DQ has such a high rating. Ive been here a handful of times and have had horrible service each time. Today they gave us 1/4 of our order and forgot the rest. They have a screen to read off of so I have no clue how they forgot about it. We will be going the extra few minutes to the Rochester DQ from now on.

The process of ordering and receiving orders is confusing... My item was given to another patron once and then almost twice as there is simply a counter where all orders come up - it would be better if they had order numbers or took names as one person doesnt work your order through completion and may not know who ordered what.

The owner and staff are genuinely trying to give you a great experience. Rarely seen these days. Try one of there ice cream cakes they do it a little different there.
