Dont get me wrong...I love Art and Jakes even though its quite Loud! The food is always great (love the wings, fajitas, pizza, burgers, and cocktails) and service is good but tonight was a horrible experience!!! Its always busy in the evening, though the wait wasnt to bad. Our table was right next to entrance some of the patrons overcrowded into dining area. We had people sitting across from our table with noisy little kids on fireplace ledge then we had a crowd of 6+ people standing behind our table for the duration of our dining. I could barely move my chair back to get up to leave. One tip....never take first available. Plus, Art and Jakes management should not allow their patrons to crowd into dining area. They send a text page to your phone when table is ready so if they are running out room for waiting patrons then they should instruct them wait outside or in their car but not ruin the other patrons dining experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I DID NOTHING WRONG THEY CHECKED ID 2 times me and my friends I picked Hennessy and coke and there was no taste of Hennessy in my drink at all. I usually go there on a random and are tab is no less then 200 everytime we go.. Worst night ever The waitress literally almost throw our drinks at me Had the biggest attitude ever.. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER DON HE CAME UP TO US AND LITTERLY THREW THE BILL AT US AND SAID TO PAY AND LEAVE WITH NO RESPECT AT ALL.. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY establishment and I have never had a bad customer service like this, I owned a retail store for years and never would I treat my customers like this, they lost us as a customer and I promise everyone that i know that goes there I will gladly and proudly tell them not to go there with all truth and honesty.. I am so upset ...

Went early today, about 3:30pm for a quick bite to eat. It was not busy, there were a lot of empty tables. Apparently we were seated at a table that no waiter was assigned to. After about 15 minutes, we asked a passing busser if they could get our waiter. A manager was nearby and overheard us and jumped in to take our drink order. It was about another 10 minutes before a waitress brought our drink orders and asked if we needed a few more minutes to look at the menu, really? So we ordered, we each ordered a burger. It proceeded to take another 20 minutes to get our food. Did I say that the dining area was less than half full? Dont even ask how long it took to get our bill. Although the food is always good, our quick bite to eat took an hour and 20 minutes.

My husband loves there Ribs! I dont eat MEAT. So I always get the Chicken Fajitas (they dont have a button for Veggie Fajitas) come on now! So I get the chicken on side, (because they still charge same price) and feed to my fur babies. I do love the Fajitas, just wish they were consistent! I didnt get my Salad last night. I didnt bother to call them because I wasnt going to drive back the 15 mins there and 15 mins back. Will we go back... Yes. Mistakes happen. I have been in the Restaurant Biz for 37 Years (GM) but I so laughed when she told me they didnt have a button for Veggie Fajitas. And it happened twice. On Carry Out 1 and Carry Out 2! The other think was getting charged for a Bloody Mary when ordering a Spicy Virgin Mary! Not Good!

We waited at least an hour for our food and when the manager came over he just said "Ill look into that". We were met with a bunch of "Im sorry"s. Ive worked in restaurants before where the kitchen has a slow night but if its that slow at a bar and grill Id expect to be comped something or have a percentage taken off the bill. Even a coupon or something for a future visit. I suppose we were too non confrontational about it, but neither myself or the other couple we went with will be back to this restaurant. The food was okay, average bar food, I wouldnt recommend the drinks and the waitstaff did their job. I was just highly disappointed with waiting so long for the food and nothing being done to make it right.

Was there last night to pick up a friend. Went in for 20 minutes. Couldnt even stand to be there any longer than I was. Bartenders were all WASTED. One of them was sitting on the counter basically on top of a customer shaking her ass. Another one tried running our keno but failed at it and "forgot" to give us our 20$ back and continued to argue that we never gave her 20$. Funny that she was arguing with a completely sober person when she was the one drunk while at work. Super unprofessional. Will not be back and I dont recommend this location to ANYONE. Manager didnt seem to care or notice that all of his employees are taking shots and acting like the place was a strip club.

Been waiting to try Art & Jakes 23 Mile location, just couldnt find the time. Could have waited much longer. Very disappointing. The place is incredibly loud even considering its a sports bar. Service was mediocre. Ordered a burger medium-rare. Came back well done. Sent back, came back well done. Server did not ask if my second meal was OK, in fact she skittered around us trying not to make eye contact. The manager (I guess) did come by as we were paying our bill and asked about the problem with our order. I explained and he took $10.00 off the bill - which was nice. However, we wont be back. Best burger in town is the Shamrock Pub in Utica.

Great food (if you can get it). H O R R I B L E service. 2 kids received hamburgers - yep, hamburgers - after everyone else finished their meal (manager came by expecting a happy "everything is going great" to learn they didnt even eat yet). Okay, got food finally and everything back on track....nope, the waitress never came back to have our bill paid. Took FOREVER. I clearly could have paid while watching two kids eat their meal. I was going to pay with a card but went with cash since I had to eventually leave and could not spend another waiting for her to come back.

called hours ahead for a reservation for 12. arrived to the restaurant and there were 2 people sitting at the reserved tables. waitress refused to relocate 2 customers. manager, waitstaff, and greeters all deny reservation being made and group of 12 was asked to share a table with another family. service was collectively poor thereafter. nice place, but not knowledgeable how to run a business.

I really like it some days because it has great food and quick service, but recently its gone down the drain. Wait staff gave our food to another table and didnt find out it was our table until it was cold. No one came to refill our drinks (no one had drinks in the table of 6) and food took over 45 minutes. Usually great service, so thats why I gave it a high rating

We had a table of 12 no complaints, everyone was sharing thier food to let others taste how good their dinner was. Awesome kale Brussel sprout salad hardly needed the dressing, the flavors blended perfect, service was exceptional, manager, waitstaff great, i almost didnt make it out tonight, so glad i did
