Three other people and I went here yesterday. We got there around 30 minutes before the other two. Got a premium hookah with an orange head and a tasty tip. When they arrived they got a regular orange head. A little under two hours in they told us our hookah was "dead" and they refused to give us more coals. We undid the head and looked, first off the head was only about half filled with tobacco (Rip off) but there was still plenty of wet tobacco to smoke, still couldnt have coals. Mind you, we also got drinks and such probably spent in total there around $75 with the four of us, so its not like we were hurting business staying there. Also, it isnt the "employees" fault because the owner comes around as well and told us the hookah was dead. We also own three hookahs, we are well aware of the lifespan. Now normally, I would have probably gotten a refill of something else by then, however I actually enjoyed the flavor so why would I change it? (This is the reason they got two stars instead of one). Overall, it was horrible service. If you plan on staying at a place for a decent amount of time do not go here. It is truly a shame the service is so horrible, because their hookahs are decent. Definitely not going to recommend it to a friend (Unless they only want to be there for under thirty minutes or so, which isnt really the point of going to a "lounge").

was there for a hour and a half the waitstaff said my hookah was dead and refused to give me new coals. I proceeded to take off the foil off of my orange head and there was still tobacco that was still fresh even though they didnt put a lot in the orange. took 1 coal off my friends hookah and it smoked fine.[they stopped serving my friends hookah because i took one coal off of theirs) as a group we spend $76 and while i was there they never replaced their toilet paper. shitty service for very lightly packed hookah to make it seem like there is a lot they think the hookah is dead because they really lightly pack it but in fact doesnt know when a hookah is dead. the table that was 2 seats from me was there longer and had their hookah coals changed a lot more often and the waitstaff hardly came to us if you want a better hookah place that pays less try cafe mocha or amnesia paid 26 for 1 premium hookah which i could pay 16 at the other places for better service only thing i like about the place is the couches and the music
