I was at this location on May 24th 2016 at around 11:00 am . There was at least 4 to 5 people working. I asked a question and a snapped his fingers at me to show what he was talking about. Didnt get asked how I wanted my teddy bear. Called 4 times NO one answered. Lost a customer!

This Bigby is great! One of the best features of this particular store is the fireplace. It is warm and cozy! The staff are friendly, and if you go at the right time you could score the very comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace. Will definitely go back

This biggby has goofed my drink a couple times, but they ALWAYS fix it without questions and the end result is delicious. I love that they consistently have bogo coupons so I can actually afford to have their coffee!

Staff is friendly & drinks are usually great. People make mistakes and If they make something improperly they always apologize and never have an issue/attitude when it comes fixing their flaws!
