This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I have never had a problem with going there until recently. I sometimes order a java chip frappuccino with a pump of white mocha sauce into it. The last time I ordered that drink, the man working on drive thru was the rudest person. "Why do you need extra mocha in your drink? Thats so stupid. Whatever. Pull up to the window." Then asked for a tip. Then this morning when I went, I asked for a grande iced caramel macchiato. Upon arriving at the window the lady gave me the wrong drink. I simply said I ordered an iced drink and she told me it was my fault for not speaking up and that Im holding up the line which was making her job harder. Im definitely avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

Lost 30 mins here at this location to get my order of Caramel Macchiato. There is only 1 person taking orders and only 1 barista serving the people in store and drive thru. The barista was clearly stressed out. And did not make good quality macchiato in rush. There were 10 people standing behind me to order and this lady was taking her sweet time chatting casually with the customers ahead of me. They dont value your time. Avoid this Starbucks if you are in a rush to get somewhere. 30 mins to get my order is simply unreasonable. Staying away from this location for sure.

Impressive interior! when I entered there was a 50 feet walkway, on my left & right was causal sitting area with beautiful sofa seating, next on right meeting area for 16+ people after that I reached main hall where on my right was order counter and at front one more exit. so its a street style coffee shop. Staff was nice, I am not a coffee person so I got strawberry banana protein shake. It was fresh and flavorful. Great experience you must consider this location for friends hangout or a business meeting.

I have been here multiple times now and I can definitively say the staff are incredible. I just recently became vegan and one of the gentlemen there informed me that they had 6 vegeterians and a vegan working and they assisted me with my drink choices. They even made me a free sample with coconut milk. These people are genuine and kind and will assist with anything.

Its a huge location so plenty of room to hang out, but it gets busy a lot since of the nearby high-school and its just a popular location. The decor is very nice and never had any problems with the service. Its a Starbucks so food is overpriced, but I cant stop paying for it :)

This review has nothing to do with this local Starbucks rather it is a critique of the anti-family, leftist political operative CEO Howard Shultz. I urge sharholders dump the stock while it still has some value. No doubt the future of Starbucks under Shultz is in question.

Very friendly staff, quick service, and wonderful consumables. The decor is gorgeous, and it feels very calm and open inside. If youre thinking about going for your first time go inside and ask any questions you have, I have no doubt that youll find what you need/want!

It offers plenty of seating however a lot of customers conduct personal business on mobile phones, loudly, with little care for others around them. Wish Starbucks can put up polite signs to discourage this disruption of the ambiance Starbucks strives to provide.

I was really impressed coming to this location. Its spacious, has lot of nooks and crannies and a good selection of drinks. Its very clean, the staff is friendly and has plenty of parking. Much better than going across the street to B&N Starbucks.

Its fair for a Starbucks. Its conveniently across the street from campus and the inner atmosphere is definitely perfect for a coffee shop... but I still prefer sweet Dunkin Donuts coffee over the overpriced, charred Starbucks coffee. :p

Probably the biggest Starbucks in the Alpharetta/Milton/Cumming area. The staff is also very friendly. I love coming here to study! I never have to worry about whether or not Ill find a place to sit or an outlet.

I would give five stars but they play the music WAY TOO LOUD. I go there to write, but even with earphones on and playing white noise, I cannot drown it out! On the positive, they are friendly for Cumming.

Larger than usual Starbucks. Good Quality High Speed wi-fi. (40Mbs+) South Forsyth High School is right across the street, so it gets over run at 3-4PM on weekdays during the school year.
