If I could give them one star, I would. After having a horrible experience at the Troy location (they still havent refunded my card after 2 weeks), they gave me 2 $10 "gift cards". I placed an order online and came to pick up at the R.O. location and gave her the 2 gift cards for my total of around $13 dollars. She then threw them both in the trash. I told her that there was still a balance on them and she smiled and told me they are one time only and I couldnt get something else to use the rest of my $7. I should have been told that before she rung me up. They need better managers and employees with whole brains.

Hit or miss. I love their pad thai (especially with steak.. Yum) but the quality is extremely inconsistent. If you ask for extra sauces, extra spice prep, extra egg peanuts or vegetables, it has really been anyone s guess you when we get home if all those things were considered in the food prep. We even received the wrong meals all together in the past, or the food item e.g was not prepared with the sauce (meaning it was dry). If there was another Pei Wei closer by I probably try them but luckily we also have some really good ethnic Thai restaurants around.

Served with a bad attitude by Kate towards us and other guests that we didnt even know but witnessed. And to top that, we had missing items from our order which was accompanied by more attitude. The food that we ordered (Japanese Steak&Shrimp) was good but we were disappointed that the level of spice could not be adjusted. It would be much more enjoyable if you were able to. The spring rolls were way too greasy to enjoy.

Place is dirty and disgusting... everything is sticky. Coke Smart machine is out of most flavors. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, lettuce wraps, mongolian beef and egg rolls. The egg rolls were greasy and mushy. Lettuce wraps were delicious, sweet and sour chicken was good... mongolian beef came out 35 mins after sweet and sour chicken. Service sucks, no forks, no napkins... not worth going back to this location

I stopped for dinner on Thursday night. They took my order and I waited and waited Finally after about 30 minutes watching people come and go I stopped one of the servers She apologized and brought my food and a refund. But the food was not good and I ended up leaving. The broccoli was as hard as a brick and looked old. Disappointing

Have had good stuff here before, but I ordered Pad Thai and it was just terrible. The flavor was way off and the tofu seemed barely cooked. Plus, it was served with, not one, but two *spoons* (no fork). How is one supposed to eat noodles with a spoon? That experience is enough to make me never want to go there, a waste of $10.

Staff was nice and attentive. Ordered the large (original) size and it barely fit in half the plate For $9 dollars I could go to my local take out Chinese place and get a way bigger portion. Leaving here hungry. Skimpy and expensive. It was tasty but way too salty. Wont be back

I love this location! Its between work and home. The people are always friendly and helpful and I usually order online for a pickup and its always ready and waiting for me to walk in and pick it up. And my food has always been well prepared and delicious.

We have been eating here since it opened yrs ago, love the food.... However, recently weve noticed how dirty and sticky the entire place is! I mean grose, like everything is dirty and sticky as hell!!! Plates too!! Be aware!

I used to enjoy this restaurant when it first opened. Now, the service is slow, mistakes are made, management seems not to be on top of things, and the quality of the food has declined. Too bad.

Pri Wei has recently made portions smaller...50% smaller on noodle dishes. This is a corporate wide decision per the manager at this location with no price adjustment. This is unacceptable!

Quality especially if the chicken, has gone down quite a bit. I used to eat Pei Wei 1-2 times per week but now its like every time my chicken is all fatty and gross. Havent been back since.
