AWFUL with a capitol A!!!! It was great when it was country chef. They offered yummy food , great prices and good service. 4 point diner bought it and it went to hell! They raised the prices , give you less food and the food sucks now. The place was empty when we went and it was prime dinner hour. We could hear the cook yelling at the waitress when we sent our food back (twice). I ordered the stuffed cabbage and they didnt have any red , tomato sauce for it. They tried putting a creamy, white, pepper sauce on them which made them taste like stuffed peppers. Then they brought out a creole sauce with green peppers in it, which also made them taste like peppers. I asked if they had a marinara spaghetti sauce which was on the menu but they didnt have that either. Finally i asked for lasagna instead to go because i just wanted out of there and was disgusted! I ended up throwing that out . It smelled like spoiled cheese. The new owners should have just left everything as it was to continue the successful business that was there when operating as country chef!! Instead they got greedy , raised the prices, lessened the amount of food and the quality of food is just not there anymore. A breakfast sandwich is 4.95!!! Shame on these people! You want repeat customers and NOT just trying to get newbies in the door that will only eat there ONCE. l

NOTE- THIS POST WAS WRITTEN WHEN THIS RESTAURANT WAS CALLED "COUNTRY CHEF". I have NOT tried "4 Points" yet - BUT - I Did eat there during the transition, (with current management), and was disappointed, (3 stars rating). Everything had changed...it was not as clean, the service was slow, and the dishes I usually ate, did not have the same flavor. My wife & I have 3 or 4 other local restaurants we go to for breakfast or dinner that are great, but we still miss the old Country Chef. Heres my review of the old (closed), Country Chef - (5 stars) Not only are the Breakfast dishes great, (best hash browns), their Fish & Chips, Chicken Kabobs or any Greek dishes with their rice & red sauce are Excellent! All their soups are Excellent as well!! (LUV their cabbage soup)! Their City Chicken & Almond Chicken dishes sell out when theyre on the menu. If you want great food at great prices - this is the place! Weve been going there for over 15 yrs.

When this restaurant was the Country Chef it was amazing. Last couple of months the quality started slipping. Waitress said there were new owners. Now a name change can only mean they must be trying to lure back business. Well, they arent going to do that with the breakfast my husband and I had today. His sunny side eggs were thick and hard, bacon burnt, ham cold and toast had barely a suntan. I had an order of biscuits and gravy with a side of softly scrambled eggs, or at least thats what I thought I ordered. What I received was biscuits so hard that you had to struggle to get a knife through them and the eggs were so over done they were bordering on omelette. They gravy was tasty, but had lumps of flour throughout. As a positive note....the coffee was good!

Used to get food from here all the time for carry out, till they started messing up the orders every time. Gave them another chance today, bad call. Food not ready, overcharged, wrong dressing fir salads, no sauce for shish kabob, rice pudding instead of tapioca, no whipped cream on dessert, no dinner rolls, no flatware, or napkins, no butter, no crackers, and they were rude to me when paying.

My fiance and I have just discovered this place for breakfast and have gone there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They have "mini 2 egg omlettes" which are actually huge that are amazing and they come with the best hashbrowns Ive ever had. All for $3.95. The waitresses are extrememly friendly and remember us from the last time we were in. Will def be back to try lunch or dinner.

If you just want to go out, you can go to any fancy restaurant. If you want to EAT, you go to Country Chef. Simple as that. My personal favorite is the Broiled Pork Chops (Greek style with oregano - chefs special, not on the menu). A full plate with 3 pork chops and a second plate with french fries. The portions are so big, they need two plates to put the food!

Dont write a review on Facebook the lousy new owners will delete them. We were going to Country Chef for over 10 years, Jimmy and his staff were the BEST! The manager (owners daughter) is horrible and rude, she has no business managing anything. We tried to go back and its just not the same, save yourself the headache and stay away from this place.

eat here weekly. food is hot and tasty. Prices are a little higher, but the quality is better. This is not 1979 anymore. If you want quality food you get what you pay for. Waitstaff is excellent and friendly. Ariana is soo sweet to everyone. Things have changed for the better.

The service was great and the place was clean. The food was good, but admittedly, for a "Coney Island" type of diner this place is, the prices could have been cheaper. Overall, we were happy with what we ordered and the servers were very polite and checked up often.

If there was a zero stars option, I would give it that. Wouldnt honor my 83 year old fathers gift certificate from the previous owner. Manager was rude and obnoxious.

Great Food with fair prices... Carpeting and fixtures needs an immediate attention to change or replace for better. The carpet is greasy & it creates bad environment.
