Located in an older building that could use a makeover but non the less we decided to try it and when it is said and done we really enjoyed our meal. For $20.00 plus tip we got a selection of various foods from 5 tables. Was surprised at how good the steamed fish and fried fish was. Most chinese places it is dried out and tasteless but not here. Wait staff was on top of things like getting rid of dirty plates and refilling drinks. Good selection of sushi and they also have a decent Hibachi bar as well. Food on the tables was kept full. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold as it should be. This will more then likely be our go to spot when we are in the area. Pretty big parking lot with a shopping enter behind it so good place for truckers to go as well. Dont pay attention to the other negative reviews. Check it out and see it for yourself. We travel all over the USA and try to rate the places as we see them.

The staff is awful the food was cold. I had my daughter and my friend with me. Which my friend didnt want to eat but she was already with me so I told her she can just come in with Me since we were hungry and didnt want to wait. I made it clear to the waitress my daughter and I were the only ones eating. When they brought me my check They charged me for two adult meals so I asked her why I got charged full price when shes only 9 and didnt even eat a full plate of food. The lady got a attitude right away and started talking crap. My friend didnt get up from the table at all and didnt even eat one bite of food and they were watching us like hawks the whole time. They clearly knew this and was trying to get over on me. They did fix the check after talking crap and getting a attitude. I will never go back ever again.

My entire family got food poisoning except my youngest who only ate from their fruit bar they leave their food sitting out all day and then when they replace it they poor the old on top of the new you got to know when to go to get it fresh who wants to play that guessing game we spent hours vomiting until ww finally went to the emergency room spent hours there to hear simular stories of the same place stay away go to china express or somewhere else if you want chinese horrible expirience

The freshest, most delicious chinese food youll ever taste!! The place is gold!! I moved to ann arbor but when ever I come to visit my parents I make sure to stop here or sometime Ill ever drive out lol. But seriously everyone I know is impressed when we would cater with them. A side from the highest quality of Chinese that is made there, the staff are always so polite and kind. The setting inside is comfortable and cozy. Trust me this place is amazing!!

I used to live in Monroe, MI a couple of years back. The thing I miss the most is this restaurant. They have the widest selection of any Chinese buffet I have ever been to. Quality is also top notch. I was just there a couple of months ago. They have a new building now and everything has only got better. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The prices are fair, the food good, you can’t lose

Family runs it. They talk to the customers and remember you. Watch your table and are polite and quick on the plates and refills. Their cooks still have a love of cooking (quite a few buffets Ive been in they loose that love). They make most of the meals (90% plus) instead of opening a box, bag, or container and heating. Clean! Reasonable on price. Definitely a repeat customer.

Wow... People actually eat like this? Everything taste like it was cooked in the trunk of an car. Really bad and Im not that picky. We all filled up on ice cream :) The "drink" lady came by once and grunted something at me, I just said "no thank you" no clue what she wanted, lol! I would recommend any fast food joint on the strip over this place.

The manager gave me an attitude when i did not bring up the receipt as i was struggling with my 2 children, obviously he cant do math. He rudely questioned me and shoved the receipts in my face to try and explain what he wanted, clearly he also cant speak much english. The food was disgusting and my Dad found a baby cockroach in his rice.

The food is always so-so, but it is a cheap buffet, so you get what you pay for. Was sitting there writing out an email on my phone and had 3 employees approach me and come after me for not paying my bill and leaving right away. The food earns it a 3 star rating. That service drops it to a 1 star and not coming back,

I tried Super China buffet because I like to try new places. The food was great but the next day I did not feel so well. I must mention that I was the only one out of a three person party that fell ill after eating at this establishment , but feel that I probably wont give the place a second shake.

Absolutely disgusting. The inside of the resturaunt is filthy including the bathrooms. The rugs are held down by ducktape and cobwebs, dust all over. Food tasted bad and not fresh. The workers will run you over if youre in their way. Very rude people! Go back to China if you dont like americans.

Bad tasteless food, rude staff. It seems that employees forgot how to smile but sure remember how to speak their language in front of the customers. Food had weird taste, not clean silverware and cups didnt smell right. SOY SAUCE MIXED WITH WATER, so it tasted disgusting. Sushi were okay.

I used to frequent China Buffet before they moved into their new building. They had the best food, and choices for EVERYONE. Now their food is disgusting, and it seems their selection just isnt so great anymore. I DO have to say that the staff is still top notch. Ill give them that.

A good selection of both chineese and non-chineese food here, and prompt staff for refilling drinks and removing dishes. Servers tend to speak their native languages around customers however and that can be slightly annoying, but does not detract from the foos!

HORRIBLE TIME AT THE CHINA PLACE. ok FIRSTLY who had a REAL TRAINED NINJA TYO TRI AND KIL ME TO DEATH OK THIS IS NOT Ok. I took a picture of the tragic event and i almost get dead. the food was average nd not suuuuuper good. they had good drinks :) smelly

The staple of Monroe County. Been coming here since they opened and I cant think of a time the food wasnt good, service bad or any other complaint. Will be sad to see SCB go if they ever choose to. Fair prices and even better food. You cant go wrong.

Chinese buffets have gone down on quality food. They used taste amazing but now most of them suck. I gotta say this place it was actually better, food tasted good so it was a great feelin to sit down n eat. Not the great but was good.
