There is a manager at this store that is HOPElessly rude, dry, and disrespectful! She gives me a cold order that is completely WRONG and when I request again to have it warmed she handles my food like Im a contaminated dog! I stay walking distance from this establishment so I know for a fact she is this way to customers daily!! Why is she there? To chase us away? The store is NEVER fully stocked with items on the menu...So is Big Apple Bagel just in the neighborhood to hurt my feelings early in the morning or what?!

I have frequented this location almost once a week since moving to the area in August 2016. I have yet to experience a bad wait time for my food or be shown poor service. The entire staff has been kind, especially Hope. Bravo to her service and the respect given to military and emergency personnel. The food has been always fresh and delicious. Once in awhile you will find that they have to close for outside work emergencies but that is rare. Thank you to the staff for all of the hard work.

Sunday morning 9 am, limited bagel options. This happens every time I visit here. They never have specialty bagels available....excuses vary--out of toppings, sold out, etc. Today ordered a bagel with cream cheese and coffee-- $4.23. Got my bagel with a thin layer of cream cheese, asked for more cream cheese and was told it would be $1.60 more! Ridiculous! Seriously, for a bagel and coffee ---almost $7 and to not even have choices available. This place has gone downhill!

Came in yesterday with my family my son wanted muffins so I bought 4 big ones they are the worse muffins I have ever bought there hard like they have been sitting too long!! The custard ones the frosting is so haddock u cant even lick it off and the custard inside is hard my son got grossed out and threw it away!! Wish I wouldve known cuz I wouldnt have spent over 8.00 on something bad

Love this place. Military discount is 50% staff is super friendly and very patient. Its never too busy or too loud. The food is always good and the house blend coffee is fresh tasting. All the bagels and muffins never taste bland or stale. The smoothies are super refreshing. Hands down best place to eat at Mariners Pointe

slow as !*#¡. 17 mins for 2 bagel sandwiches during a very slow period. not that friendly and no better than McDs or Subway, which are the other nearest options.

They have a spot on the shelf for cheese bagels but the basket is always empty if you are not going to sell cheese bagels remove the empty basket

Service can be a bit slow sometimes. Basically friendly staff. Coffee is above par. Bagels and sandwiches are tasty and the muffins are great.
