Was great until I found tiny pieces of tin foil in my mac n cheese. Ordered a turkey sandwich to go and side of buffalo mac n cheese. Employees were courteous and worked quickly. I ended up with a full sized mac even though I ordered a side, but I didnt say anything because it looked so good. My sandwich was good and the first few bites of mac were tasty - then I saw something sparkling and the more I looked the more I found. I believe it was tiny pieces from the tin foil that held the chicken as it went through the broiler. Probably not a great idea to use tin foil to heat things up if its going to fall apart in the food.

My daughter and I tried it for the first time yesterday. We both loved our sandwiches! I got a Chicken & Cheddar and she got A Wreck and they were delicious! The portions were just right for lunch. Its set up very much like a Quiznos, but they definitely have their own flavor and thing going on. We will be coming back!

One of my favorite locations. I love the end spot with the windows on both balls. So much natural light with seating by Windows and many outdoor. This is one of my favorite places to get a great sandwich and one of the only places I can get a mango Nantucket juice. I hope to see more growth, maybe downtown.

Gentleman who cashed me out was really rude. There was a mix up in price from there own employee and instead of making it right, the Potbelly employee was rude. Its just the principal. This was my first and LAST time visiting. Id rather pay more somewhere else and get BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I work over at Siegel Jewelers across the street, and I frequently eat at Potbelly. The team at Potbelly is awesome! Even during the lunch rush they keep their smiles and are very efficient. The food is great, but the service is even better! Keep up the good work!

The roast beef sub is AMAZING. I refuse to go anywhere else for a roast beef sub sandwich. Staff is always extremely friends, typically asking how my day is going, etc. Also, food is made quickly, which makes this a great lunch spot for lunch breaks mid-week.

I always receive great customer service. With friendly workers and a plethora of sandwich options, Im always coming back to try something new. Dont forget to get a shake with your meal, they come with a little snack that compliments your shake perfectly.

Excellent soups and toasted sandwiches. Priced around $7 for a meal, excluding a drink. They have live music (usually a guy/girl and a guitar) every once in a while during lunch time. Great atmosphere, but can be quite loud at times.
