The wreck is my favorite and I love to dip it in their balsamic dressing. Definitely try their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! The service has always been consistently good at this location. Once in a while, there is live music, which is nice but not good if you need to take a phone call.

i come into this store very frequently and sometimes they dont have flat breads or dont have bacon either this store needs to get their ordering together or my business will go to the one by my place instead of down here, and some of the workers are very rude and mean.

The line might be intimidating to first timers but youll likely have a sandwich in-hand in less than 5 minutes. Try to have your order ready as if you were in NYC and youll be even more happy. Always crowded but this is due to the reliable high quality sandwiches!

My first stop in a PotBelly Sandwich Shop was a good one. Needed a quick bite to eat before heading to work and ordered a Turkey Breast with Bacon and all the fixings. Toasted sandwiches are just better. Polite and Speedy service.

Came in at noon on a Sunday. Waited in line 40 minutes. Food was great and the staff was busting their butts but were simply understaffed. Employees get high marks but whoever is staffing.......

Employee refused to make a milkshake 10 minutes to closing time. I went next door to smash burger. They close at 10; make their milkshakes with haagen dazs. They also happily accepted my business.
