Unimpressed. Service and quality is below the usual Potbelly standard. Music is always loud at Potbelly, but at this location is interferes with service quality. Both my wife and I were asked twice about a specific item on our sandwich. Clearly the sandwich maker was asking out of habit rather than actually listening for our response. After waiting for the toppings to be put on my sandwich while two employees talked very loudly to each other about whether one had ever been to Ohio, I opened my sandwich at the table to find the wrong toppings. I guess going to Ohio is more important to them than whether I wanted pickles vs mayonnaise. This new location needs to do something quick to get up to standard. Poorly lacking.

Staff was polite however they werent very attentive. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to help us. A man who arrived a few minutes before was having a hard time at the checkout which resulted in us waiting again. Another employee was standing nearby observing the situation and not doing anything to help (there was another register). Food was great overall and the milkshakes are fantastic.

Stopped by after being at the hospital for 3 hours with my elderly father. I was extremely tired and somewhat irritable. They stayed extremely friendly and calm even when I was a little snippy.(I own my behavior) The young strawberry haired girl working Saturday will be the reason I return. She was kind and understanding and did not take my unflattering attitude personally. Awesome food too!

First time here,was excited to try it. Service was friendly and quick for the lunch rush. My complaint is that the sandwich I got was basically bread. Ordered a regular chicken salad and the amount they put on was ridiculous,it didnt even cover the entire length of the sandwich. So basically the center tasted good,and either end was just toasted bread. Very disappointing for a $5 sandwich.

New Potbelly in Carmel. Went there on lunch while on a business trip. The line was crazy long, as it was lunch time, but they had someone walking through the line taking the sandwich orders so theyd be on the heater by the time you got further up. Got the fixings all right, chip selection was typical Potbelly, and the lunch guitarist was solid. Good stuff.

Pretty good chain restaurant with healthy options as well as lots of not so good for you things! The staff is very friendly and can make a really good milkshake. The location is easy to access not usually very crowded.

Service was under par at best. Out of bacon for the 9 sandwiches that were called ahead of a 45 minute pick up. Took 12 minutes just to place the order for club sandwiches on the phone. Not impressed.

Great sandwiches. Milk shakes are just OK. It has kind of a trendy vibe to the place with a vintage bakery feel. Its also a bit overpriced for what amounts to a fancier version of Subway.

Very loud inside and it wasnt just the people either. Staff was friendly. Chili was great but a bit pricey for the size. T-K-Y sandwich was good. Overall nothing really impressive.
