If I could have marked NEGATIVE five stars I would have. I have been on this planet for 46 years and that was the worst store/dining experience of my life. I guess I can look past the fact that I have to fill out my own order (its a little confusing the first time at least it was initially for me and my wife) which is fine everyones trying to cut costs so anyway they make you pick a bag that matches up with numbers on a board and then you are supposed to fill out your order with crayons .....so I checked the Cuban sandwich box and proceeded to the counter and not knowing what goes on one I figured I would ask the guy at the register. I told the guy that I was not sure how to make a Cuban sandwich I wasnt sure what to select. He told me I had to fill out the order and I asked "Does anybody here know what normally goes on a Cuban sandwich and I will just pick the normal ingredients?" Rolling his eyes....he asked one of the guys making sandwiches behind him and apparently no one knew how to make the sandwich. He handed back the little brown bag to me and told me to fill it out and step back from the register so others could order. I mean I think there is ham and pickles but thats all I knew that goes on a Cuban sandwich? After asking my wife what goes on one and her not knowing either I just sat the bag down along with my wifes stuff at the register and looked at the guy again and explained we were leaving and he just looked at me with a blank stare. (My wife also had questions about the sandwich she was getting also but apparently nobody knows anything here). Am I supposed to go online and look up Cuban sandwich ingredients and other sandwiches so I can tell a sandwich shop how to make one? You would think that an entire store staff making sandwiches all day someone would know what normally goes on a Cuban sandwich not in this case I will never in my life go back to this horribly staffed concept of a sandwich shop. Management you obviously failed and so did your staff. It is obvious that people are simply a number here and the staff cares ZERO about their customers. When you get people who dont care about customers and treat people this way what else that you cant see in the store do they not care about?

Fresh & delicious! I had never heard of Which Wich until this location opened. It has quickly become our go-to standard for healthy eating out. The genius is how you order, all explained on a big board inside. The sandwich variations must run into the hundreds, yet its simple to design your own with the system they use: grab a paper bag & marker, check off what you want, and a few minutes later your custom sandwich is in hand! Hot, cold, wheat or white, in a bowl, loaded with everything imaginable or tick off one of several low-fat/low-cal options.

Friendly staff. Solid custom sandwiches. It can be a little confusing if this will be your first visit. The first step is to grab a sandwich bag that corresponds to the type of meat you want. For example, bag #2 corresponds to Ham. From there you fill out the bag with a marker. You want bacon? Mark it! You want lettuce or avacado on your wich, mark it! It can be fun to create a custom sandwich with quality meats.

I was skeptical of this place, but I gave it a try because I desperately wanted an egg salad sandwich. So glad I did! The egg salad was very good and very fresh. The bread at this place is way better than S**W**! A little bit light on having access to condiments. Drink lids were not easy to locate. All the employees were very nice.

Very good. Ive never had an issue with the food here, but my wife has on occasion. I always find the staff friendly and helpful, often pointing me to deals I didnt realize at the time. The food is always excellent - Ive not had a bad experience yet. Im also impressed that theyre devoted to helping feed kids in need.

Excellent service. Very polite when we did our order wrong. Rather quick time to get our wich during their busy time, about what you would expect at Penn Station. Best vegan sandwich I have had at a sandwich place! Excellent options for vegans and vegetarians.

Staff is always friendly. Service is pretty fast for building your sandwich while you wait. Love the paper bag menu concept where you pick the type of sandwich you want and then mark the bag with the items you want on your sandwich.

This place is so slow its almost unbelievable. Then I stood at the counter and watched sandwiches pile up at the end of the line why 2 employees struggled to read the bags. Desperately need a new system the current one doesnt work .

I love Which Wich!! By far the best sandwich shop. The ordering process is fun and makes the visit more enjoyable. My kids love to put funny names on the bags so the workers have to call them out when their sandwich is ready.

Any sandwich your way! Everything I have had I liked! Try the milkshakes. I do chocolate with Oreo. The black bean burger is really good. I have gotten the lettuce Wich before, its like a hand held salad!
