When was the last time you tipped your cashier in a drive thru? While purchasing ice cream via the drive thru this afternoon, I handed a dollar and my debit card to a cashier in order to pay for the order. Later when I looked at the receipt I noticed that the dollar had not been taken off of the purchase and had instead been pocketed by the cashier working the window. Normally I wouldnt complain of things like this, but your employee working the window this evening has basically committed petty theft. And as a broke college student I do NOT appreciate it. Every dollar counts. I will definitely think twice before giving this establishment any further business in the future.

Good service. The other day, I stopped to pickup a milkshake. As I proceeded to pay, the drive-thru girl explained that it was free. No one was in front of me in line and no one was behind me. So I asked why. She explained that a patron of the store whos spouse had passed on loved ice cream. So in honor of their memory, once a year, they would give the store money to pay for several patrons ice cream purchases. I just happened to be one of those and so I am writing a message to that family, Thank you! It is a great way to remember one that has moved on.

Found a long piece of hair in my ice cream, after I left their premise. It was utterly disgusting and I’ll make sure to not purchase there anymore. You’d expect to see some hair nets or maybe being a bit cautious when leaning over to grab a scoop - these things are common sense.

Was actually thinking about Baskin Robbins a couple hours before seeing the store! My husband and I had been riding our tandem bike all day and was so happy to see BR! The ice cream was a delicious and welcomed treat!!!

Drive-thru service was horrible. Prices way too high. $5 for a medium "blizzard" made from cheap soft serve and barely any pieces of toppings mixed in. Taking my kids to Dairy Queen from now on.

The prices arent a problem because the ice cream is awesome. However, their staff is almost always half asleep or borderline rude. I dont appreciate feeling like an inconvenience as a customer.
