We witnessed an employee cleaning underneath the bagel trays and counters with an auto-snow brush. This was not the issue . . . she allowed all of the debris to fall onto the bagels to the point where we had to ask why she wasnt moving the bagels out of the way. She said she was disposing them. However, a customer ordered a bagel and she sold him one. We questioned her and her reply was that it was only cinnamon crumbs that fell onto the bagels. This was not true whatsoever. As we sat there with our friends, she used the same brush to clean all around and under the counters and never disposed of the bagels. It was totally gross seeing all the debris falling onto them. I wonder what happens in the back at Panera Bread? This was definitely disturbing!

Used to love this place because the food was good and unique, and it was a good place to meet with friends. But my family ate here for lunch one day. My child ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. When the order came up, one side was completely burned. I took it back up and they made another. Again, it was burned. Instead of an apology or offering to fix it, they told me "at least it is better than the last one." I was told the manager was too busy. So, I pieced together something from the sides that werent burned to feed my child. Cannot believe they would treat customers like this and not fix it.

Unpleasant experience, I bought a ham sandwich. The sandwich ended up having a piece of popcorn in it, when they dont even sell popcorn anywhere in the store. Now tell me is that an unpleasant experience or what? The manager Michael was very nice and offered us food vouchers as well as a free meal. It is very scary, When you go to a place and you find food items in your meal that dont even belong. This is terrifying especially for us people who have severe food allergies. I hope that they pay closer attention to how food is prepared and avoid this from ever happening again!

When I saw that I was paying $7 for HALF A SALAD, I thought, "this BETTER be freakin DELICIOUS!" It absolutely was! I went in and when I found out the bbq chicken salad wasnt on the menu (bummer) I had to replan my meal. The checkout girl was very helpful with finding a nutrition binder for me so I could pick something that fit into my dietary needs. She was patient and understanding, and so was her coworker! The food looked and tasted great! Im pretty satisfied with my experience!
