The food and drink is generally good however my main complaint is the lack of synergy with their posted hours on the internet. I work early shifts and I try to stop by places to pick up a morning muffin and coffee, just to get my day going as I hate to cook so early. The hours posted online claim the store to be open 24/7, this is apparently note true. After checking posted hours and arriving at around 4:50am, I am told by the lady working that the store is closed, drive through included. The first time I assumed she was just late and thought nothing of it, despite my dissapointment of not eating before my work day. So I tried again, checking store hours and showing up, not once was the store -actually- open in the morning, even though they claim to be. I havent found any papers or any way of there being an attempt to convey this to me as a customer until Im already there. At which point Ive went out of my way to give them my morning business, so I cant just go to another store and get food or I will risk being late. Overall I love their food, hate that they cant post accurate store hours and it has effectively turned me into a zombie this week.

This Tim Hortons in Marysville, OH has the worst customer service. Employees are always rude or seem pissed off and have no knowledge of the menu. Also, they always seem to be understaffed during rush times on Saturday mornings. The food is not the best quality and an egg and bacon English muffin should not be cold. Hopefully someone can step up there game in the management field at this location.

Today was a 78 degree sunny day!! We decided to go out for ice cream and decided to try Tim Hortons after not being there for 1 1/2 years. Ordered my ice cream cone and was told that there was not any cones because day shift did not make any. Are you kidding me?!!!!

I just love tim hortons!!! All the workers r so pleasant I ❤ seeing their faces filled with smiles every morning. Im actually addicted to their ☕ n go few times a day but its always a pleasure!!!! Thanks Tims crew in marysville, Ohio for ur services.

15 empty table tops and not a single one of them is clean! We were the only customers, no one in drive thru... Sat down to eat with the kids after wiping down a table myself. They still havent cleaned any. 3 employees here twiddling there thumbs.

Worst customer service ever. MARYSVILLE OHIO store. Waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Watched manager smoke cigarette in parking lot and come back in store and serve food without washing hands.

Service is hit or miss. I went through the drive through and was handed my order, and then the girl just stared at me. No thank you or have a nice day. Just an awkward stare. Ummm.... ok!

Only reason I still go to this Tim Hortons every now and then is because I like their food. I fully expect to wait a minimum of ten minutes when I go here regardless of what I order.
