I usually prefer artisan brews from indie shops but this Biggby has always been special to me. The coffee and food is good, but its the staff that sells it. Honestly Ive never been to a place with staff as nice as this Biggbys. They make an effort to remember your name and when you were there last. Even if its busy they attempt to keep up with you and be your friend as much as your barista. The owner works constantly and is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Coming here regularly enough makes you a member of their family. Id choose this coffee shop over any indie place any day of the week just because of the staff. Every single other shop should strive to achieve the high level of excellence this shop does.

Super friendly staff, great vibe, the owner himself came out of the back so our order could be completed faster (mind you, we were there only customers in line). He recommended the caramel latte, good stuff. My drink was not overly sweet, just how I like it, so if you need tooth rot asap you might want to ask for extra syrup. Also had a turkey bagel, I would give it 4 stars. Seating is comfortable, nicely broken up for privacy when wanted, theres a fireplace for cold days, and only thing I would add is a newspaper stand, but I can bring reading with me. Overall, a great choice for drive through or sit-in, but remember that this is fast food coffee not hipster coffee.

I literally just had the worst experience here. Girl at the register was extremely rude and was acting like everything I ordered/asked for was an inconvenience to her. She rang up all three of my drinks incorrectly and when I asked for my reciept she gave the wrong one so I had to ask her again. Then when my drinks were done they were all wrong because she had rang them all up wrong. Then the shotpuller/milksteamer was so rude when I told her that the drink she gave me isnt what I ordered. She was being passive aggressive and talking to me like I was stupid. Worst experience Ive ever had at any Biggby. Honestly so disappointed.

Bad experience at this coffee shop. Young lady that was behind the counter screwed up my order, I told her I wanted skim milk and she put whole milk. She stated that I never said that but it said it on my receipt. the manager came out and said I did not explain it to the young lady. I notified him that it was on my receipt. He did not try to make a new drink. I will not give my business to this place. Starbucks down the street. STAY AWAY

My children and I frequently visit here. The morning staff has always been a pleasure, providing excellent customer service and quality product. Once, my daughter ordered a drink she wasnt fond of and they made her a new one at no additional cost even though I had intended to pay; after all, it wasnt their error. I drive out of my way just to come to this location.

Two visits, two teams of very warm and bright staff. Had yogurt and frozen chi both times, both great tasting. However, spoon is crazy cheap; cant eat or mix yogurt without it bending almost in half. If Biggby is paying workers a living wage, Im glad to have a bendy spoon. If not, then they need to lower prices if their resources are that cheap.

I love Bigby. Their drinks are great and even though theyre a bit pricey, they have a lot of specials that help out a lot. Sometimes their drinks have saved my day.The service is always excellent and very friendly. I always feel very welcome here.

LOVE biggy. The service is excellent and mo the owner is always on the up and up and the coffee is super awesome. I will go out of my way in the morning and get coffee from this location. The hot fudge brownie flavored coffee is the best!

Barista attitudes suck when owner isnt around. Also very slow and inconsistent when the owner is not there. Drinks are made poorly as well. Baristas can be very catty and mean. Used to be good, has went down tremendously.

This is my favorite Biggby. Ive been to two others in the area and neither can touch this store. The staff & owner are always friendly and talkative. Drinks seem to be better too.

Love the mint mochas, its just so expensive!! Its actually cheaper than Starbucks if you get their loyalty card, but it requires you to buy 12 drinks before you see the benefit.
