Folks a Mega Deal Alert, yeah baby my 2nd visit get this 10 WHOLE WINGS that means Drumette n Flat so that be 2 pieces everywhere, well for 7 you get 10 so like 35 cent each, Wow outstanding perfectly fried then dusted with Lemon Pepper, truly the very best deal around town. Soul Food folks those Collars with Smoked Turkey a Southern delight, Deep Fried Okra n Creamery Mac n Cheese OMG you just gotta try this place, take out only with a couple tables outside. Perfect Sweet Cornbread too. This restaurant is horrible! I use to get food from here all the time, but now its absolutely horrible! They serve spoiled food and give bad service. A few months ago I brought some dressing and it tasted bitter, otherwise spoiled. I was able to take it back and get something else. Well, today I brought a side of macaroni & cheese and it tasted tangy and bitter. Spoiled! Called them to exchange it and guess what no refunds or exchanges. Well this tells me one thing. They know their selling old ass spoiled food. How can a restaurant sell you bad food then say you cant at least exchange it for something else. And the girl was really rude. Stay away!

Good food if you want to get food poison . They food isnt fresh nor it is cook daily they have there food sitting under a heating light open not cover. They dont cook their food daily like most soul food joints. Their meat loaf is terrible nasty dry and no flavor whats so ever, the woman who suppose to be the owner had a terrible attitude. They are pricy too. They give spoil food and back service. Those who saying nice things about this place are family. Trust me

good food poor service. 5/19/17 ordered in advance 35 minutes the wait was long due to one obnoxious customer who was allowed to keep changing his mind and joke. I walked out. I will never patronize again and will encourage my coworkers at HF not to either. When you are on a lunch break you have no time to waste. When I called to complain the cook who was a young female was rude. I will spend my money somewhere else.
