The older woman was nice and helpful. Lunch time and it takes 18 minutes to cook some wings? Way way greasy, are they first soaked in margarine and then rubbed??? Before we made it an hour back at the desk stomach was bubbling and churning. The "lil" man in back was rude and could not make eye contact. Must be mad about having to work. Just wanted to try for comparison. BOO BOO is all I got to say. One star is for the nice older lady. Stop eating this crappy food because a RAPPER LIKES IT. That is why Rick Ross lost weight.....he knows that lemon pepper is a bunch of BEEEEPPP!!

Good overall, worth trying buy has its hiccups. The 8 piece tender meal is $17 .. now that come with a large side and 2 drinks, but just excessive when the 5 piece is $6. The boneless wings were good but the sauce inconsistently coated, on the 3 sauces I tried. The mango habanero and the Cajun were good but I found some parts of the wings unflavored and some sauce in the bottom of the plate. Fries portion big enough to share. 14 minutes paying to food , so not a place if in a rush. Some staff (including the manager) were very helpful and friendly, another not so much.

Traveled 30 miles to not get greeted or attended. Im guessing she was the cashier but we walked in and were not acknowledged whatsoever Im guessing because she had just started sweeping in front of the counter but we had to use the restroom so no big deal but then when we went to the counter she didnt bother to say Ill be right with you, nothing at all she just kept sweeping then proceeded to move carpets and sweep the entrance too so we just left and came to the one in canal where we received awesome service. Had to be the worse wing stop experience Ive ever had.

This location on E Main in Columbus Ohio is the aboaolute worse! Very rude. Very slow. Very unprofessional. My order was incorrect after I spent my entire lunch break in line waiting to pick up my order. When I called to tell them is wasnt right Anita said to bring the food back and when I told her I was unable to to she stated she could not help me. This location needs new management. Anita also stated she was a manager and when I called back after she hung up on me another associate stated the manager wouldnt be in until the following day. Never again.

The food is great not just the chicken but also the potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw and french fries. The Louisiana rub is the best! We went today and the customer service was great the lady who took our order was very intensive she asked us if we had tried the coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. We told her no and she politely said would you like to try them? We said sure and we did and they all were delicious. I commended her on her customer service she said thank you but thats what Im here for.

The wings and fries were great. You rarely find good lemon pepper wing outside of the South. Mine were great, and they werent the wings that you see pumped full of steroids. The fries were fresh and fried to perfection. The biggest drawback was the wait. I waited approximately 30 minutes for eight wings and fries.

Cashier was friendly, she gave Excellent customer service. She was an older lady. Very nice! Ordered wings & potato salad with baked beans.... Everthing was delicious. ..HOWEVER, ....THERE WAS HAIR MIXED INSIDE THE POTATOE SALAD when it was already halfway eaten!!!

This was once a good place, but the last time I went, it was very bad. I wound up asking for a refund and went elsewhere. Cashier didnt get order right. And we waited more than twice the estimated time for our food even though there were few customers.

Got the boneless chicken: it was moist and tasty. Maybe could have used a little more sauce. Dont know what they put on the fries, but did not like it. We didnt eat them. We were the only customers who ate there. Overall, a good experience.

My chicken was so over cooked that the skin was hard and the meat dry an tuff. They were to busy talking. Girl said my order would take abt 18 minutes took 30. I should have checked it before I left. That was wasted money

My coworker ordered online everything was correct and very good. The lemon pepper dry rub wings were very tasty, a touch salty at first but found the seasoning perfect as I ate the rest of the wings.

Made to order wings that are (IMO) much better that the ones you get at BW3. Call ahead to avoid the in shop wait. They are happy to let you sample the sauces so you get just what you want.
