Make sure you check your order is correct before leaving! They get my order wrong about 2/3 the time and I end up having to return after pulling out of the drive-thru. They usually forget to include napkins and spoons. They ask if I want bread or crackers with soup then dont include either. Employees always seem like new-hires and cant figure out how to input orders. Theyre usually out of something (croissants!).

Im giving this place a 3 star because its hit or miss. Almost every time we order something, its wrong. I know this sounds bad (and most of the time it is) but sometimes they give us better items than what we actually ordered, so I guess thats a plus. The people working are always friendly and usually quick to fix mistakes, so it makes it a little bit better of an experience.

Horrible customer service!!!! Theres this girl there named kayla who is so slow. I had to repeat my order 3 times and still didnt get it right and then after i got the wrong order she told me that i would have to wait in this big ass line to get it replaced. Are you kidding??? This place sucks and if i were the manager here i would fire kaylas dumb ass ASAP.

Overall I like the staff, pretty down to earth folks. One item I must complain is that the restaurant inside is 80% of the time dirty!!! I go there 3 times a week, I sit at the same sopt, mostly, but the fireplace is never wiped down, fingerprints everywhere, tables are messy, floors not swept. need to shape up folks !!!!!

Just awful. Dont even waste your time driving there because most likely the machines are all broken down or theyre out of whatever it is you order. You would be much better off going to a different location even if it is a further Drive. Besides all of that, their employees have terrible attitudes.

Order.... Plain Grilled Bagel with Sausage and Bacon Only No Egg, No cheese and an Earl Gray Tea with two Splenda. Received.... Plain Grilled bagel with Sausage, Bacon Egg Cheese Lettuce and tomatoes and no Splenda in my tea... Not sure why after repeating my order twice it is wrong...

Bad experience today. My breakfast sandwich wasnt heated well. My hash brown was cold and hard. They put my donut in the bag with my sandwich unwrapped. The icing was all over everything in the bag. And to top it off, they didnt give me any napkins. Wont be back.

This is a clean Tim Hortons. The staff is competent and polite. The only drawback is that the inside of the store closes around 22:00 and they stop making donuts, and everything else besides coffee, rather early.

Relatively quick service at the counter. Drive thru blocked by a delivering goods. Had the turkey & egg white sandwich. It was remarkably bland. Would not buy again, unless had some hot sauce or at least pepper.

Place is always opening at different times. Use to open at 430am, then 530am. Today, they put a sign on drive thru window, closed, not on speaker or menu. It was at 540am. Now website says open at 6am.

Tried the Mocha Iced Coffee yesterday and it was terrible. Was basically black coffee with some kind of syrup stuck to the bottom of the cup. Couldnt taste the mocha at all. Is it up to me to mix it?

I stop here nearly every morning for my coffee. The staff changes almost daily but theyre always friendly. My only complaint is that the flavor of my coffee is never consistent.
