What kind of coffee shop runs out of SUGAR at 9am on a Tuesday?? I had to cancel my latte after they had already made it. Should have put up a sign: "Out of Sugar." Has never happened at Jittery Joes or Starbucks. I definitely wont be back. So glad JJs is at MLC and Starbucks is coming soon to Tate.

Theres always like 8 people working yet it takes 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, even when theres no long line. Its puzzling to me.
