Suggestions: While really any of their coffee is OUTSTANDING, their specialty “must try” drink is their Cold Brew Nitro Pros: They are roasting their beans like 10’ away from the counter resulting in an unbelievably fresh bean, super awesome coffee culture, the staff is all so friendly, they treat the roasting, brewing, and serving of their coffee like an art not just a job Cons: There are literally 9 seats in the building Thoughts: Yet another coffee shop and another review. 1000 faces is like sitting in a roasting plant and drinking coffee. The walls have coffee accessories all over them, and you can see their roaster just past the counter where they serve coffee. If you are a fan of the coffee process this is an amazing place to sit, watch, and drink coffee. That sitting part could definitely get hard though as there are only 9 seats around one large wooden table. After looking over the menu for a bit we decided to try a few different coffee options, including a cappuccino, latte, and cold brew nitro. The exceptional one was the cold brew nitro, though everything we had was genuinely fantastic. Despite the small space, the shop there were only a few other people at there the time. This is probably because it was a workday and we were on vacation, but it did give us the time to sit and enjoy a few cups of coffee. It was also fantastic to talk to the staff here as they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and seemed to really enjoy talking about coffee and sharing their knowledge with you. I would highly recommend visiting 1000 Faces Coffee if you are in the area. However it is important to note that this is not really a coffee shop, it is more like a roaster that serves coffee. An incredibly awesome roaster that serves amazing coffee, that you should absolutely visit. Cant wait to be back.

The very small shop allows for some very personal and friendly interaction with the staff. I had a super delicious pour over of an Ethiopian. It had those delicious berry fruit qualities that youd expect. All of their drinks are super affordable, too (maybe even too low-priced!).

Extremely friendly and eager to help. Knowledgeable staff and good coffee is a win win in my book I asked about the right way to make a pour over and was shown step by step on how to do it. Its nice to walk into a coffeee joint as a n00b but not be treated as one.

They take coffee very seriously here and it pays. They have the best cup of coffee in town. Its maybe a few cents more than starbucks, but its a noticeably smoother, tastier cup of coffee.
