Restaurant was gross every single table had crumbs and fingerprints all over the tables and chairs. Although the staff was friendly and I liked them there was this woman who I seen near the end of my visit who was a manager or something. Anyway, I was there studying with my headphones and I had to turn my music on full blast and could still hear this woman through my headphones talking to the employees in a rude tone and being a previous manager I couldnt believe how unprofessional she was. Pointing out the employees flaws in front of customers and speaking so loudly trying to form some type of assembly line which I understand but damn r u talking to your employees or the whole restaurant? Dont know her name she had short brown hair with glasses on top of her head but she was annoying and I will not come back ever. Thought I could get some stuff done before my midterm but this was not the place Id be better off eating/doing homework at a McDonalds play place.

Well I just paid $17.66 for a half a sandwich and a bowl of soup, which I knew the price when I ordered it, but take a look at my teeny tiny half an Italian Sub.... My staple puller is almost bigger than the two-bite sandwich I got with my soup. It was a great two bites, but really very poor value....now that I spent almost $18 on lunch for one person, I am hungry and need to go get an actual lunch, instead of a snack, but I am out of money. I love Panera, but they are getting really ridiculous with their s teeny tiny cracker size sandwiches.

Great atmosphere, not too loud, not to quiet, great aesthetics, pleasant staff, good food. Only complaints are: Price, and the tables havent always been entirely cleared in the times that Ive visited (they look cleared, but crumbs are on many of them when you go to sit down and get settled in. Annoying, but not disgusting or anything). Great place to go to meet someone and catch up.

One of the two girls up front was to busy picking at her nose while the other was actually working on filling the front case. Neither of them looked up at my wife and I. We got the sprouted grain rolls and a bread bowl. We couldneed even finish them because they tasted like dirty fish tank water was mixed in, for a company that focuses on bread we are not impressed.

Rochelle at the Chesterfield location is the nicest Panera Bread employee I have ever met!! She was very courteous, friendly and patient as she helped me complete my order. Our wonderful customer experience there with her definitely left a lasting impression on both me and my young daughter and we hope to see Rochelle at our next visit. Thank you.

What I dont like about this Panera is that the staff persons arent that friendly, especially when you go to get your food at the other side of the restaurant. If Im going to spend rent money at a deli-style restaurant, then I should get all smiling faces and some damned gratitude. And put a little bit more meat on those sandwiches!

Every time I go through the drive through my order is wrong. Very disappointing. The food is not cheep so to get home & have the wrong sandwich or a sweet tea instead of a regular iced tea is very annoying.
