With all of the bad reviews on this specific location I was skeptical but I love cold stone and this is the only one near my house so I had to check it out and Im glad I did! The owner was very polite especially to my 4 year old daughter making the experience even better! The ice cream was up to par just as any other cold stone I have been to so Im sorry to see all of these negative reviews but keep in mind they were all over a year and two years old. Delicious ice cream and very nice employees!

Wife came out of the store and showed me her hot fudge sundae. The thing barely filled 2/3s of the cup. The owner or manager (who served her) appeared eager to give the smallest portions he could get away with. Well, he got away with two customers never returning there. Perhaps this was the same guy that Sarah mentioned in her review.

Worst ColdStone Ive ever been to, portions are small. The owner is a real creeper, I over heard him talking to one of the girls. He told her he had thought about her a couple times that day? I could tell she was uncomfortable and I wouldnt call that professional at all!!! I would give this place two thumbs down if I could...

Very disappointed and disgusted!!! Just left there and there was a long hair (at least 10 inches) wrapped in my ice cream! Tf he owner refused to give me new ice cream and said he did t belive me even after the employee pulled it out of the ice cream in front of him! Never going back!

Cold stone is awesome place to get ice cream. The way they prepare the ice cream is somewhat unique, When I got ice cream there I was in an out. The service was good and there was virtually know wait. If you are in the are I recommend stopping by cold stone for some ice cream.

Only giving 2 stars bc the manager was very outgoing & inviting.....BUT I asked for a milkshake and it was all watery and did NOT take anything like ice cream...tasted like milk and water. I would not recommend getting a milkshake here at the very least...

worst coldstone ever! The portions are way small for the amount of money that the ice cream costs. The manager/owner was mostly concerned with his employees singing. I say less singing more ice cream. I will never return to this coldstone.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Owner/manager who sings and has accent like you all say talked me into a smaller size cup for my kid cause he said it was really rich and she might not be able to finish the medium. That is tops in my book!

Always clean, always tasty...ice cream deliciousness. There is a little bit of curbside seating, which can be nice on a pleasant evening. Theyll let you sample a flavor, which comes in handy with some of their unique tastes.

We have only ever gotten the best service there and big portions + as many free samples as we would like, not to mention that the ice cream is delicious. It is obvious the owner takes great pride in his product.

They were friendly when we walked in, somewhat fast service, noticed they welcomed everyone that came in. But those portions are seriously not worth the money. If they improved that I would recommend it.

Manager is very rude he just tried to kick a person out for bringing their seeing eye dog inside. He apparently has no idea what they are for. What a jerk. Cant understand him through his accent either

The man at the counter was nice but the ice cream was very soft and melted. He didnt do a good job at mixing the ingredients into the ice cream so the topping were just in a clump.
