I called in an order for an 8 piece chicken at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. I contacted the deli department and said I would like to pick the chicken up at 6 p.m. . The young lady said okay. At 6 p.m. I went into the store at the deli and they did not know anything of my order. Said it would take about 20 minutes. I went over and asked to talk to a manager. He said they usually work on orders from the internet not phone calls. He went over to the deli where they ended up getting my order ready and told me no charge. If they dont take phone orders why dont they say that when a customer calls up and makes one. My wife was in there earlier in the afternoon and they said it would take about 20 minutes so she did some shopping and left and had me call up and go get the chicken.

I like Publix overall, but this is one of the worst Publix stores in the area in terms of keeping things in stock and friendliness. It has better pricing than the one on Maderia Beach and they are open until 11pm though. They are always out of everything and I hate how they double face the products to make it seem like they are not out of things. I really hate when I go in at 9:30pm and the whole produce department is missing. I understand they have to cleanup and reorganize, but not having merchandise out for customers is ridiculous. The staff is hit and miss in terms of friendliness. Some people at this Publix are downright rude; others are some of the best customer service associates I have ever met.

Ordered 2 deli subs on the app for 1:00. Showed up at 1 and they werent ready, no big deal I understand they get busy. Then we get home to eat our delicious subs and guess what. There is no meat on them. I mean none, not even an attempt to put a slice of anything. The sandwich literally consisted of Lettus, tomato, pickles, mayo, and mustard. Are you freaking kidding me?! You have ONE JOB! Then we call and complain and get told to bring them back in and exchange them out for an actual sandwich. Thanks guys thats real helpful. The one thing I truly look forward to when visiting home from New Orleans is a delicious publix sub, looks like that is too much to ask for.

Worst customer service in the deli I have ever experienced. The guy with the white hair who hates his life, needs to go. I dont need his snark remarks or his attitude when I just want a sub. The sub he made me tonight was so bad, I left it on the shelf I was so angry. He literally told me "you might need a fork to eat this one" as he basically destroyed everything he touched then just wrapped it up in paper. The worst part was the deli manager stood right next to him the whole time and said nothing, he was busy making himself as sandwich and leaving most likely. Thanks publix, thanks for ruining my evening.

I just visited and had an awful experience. I went to go purchase 4 BOGO Uncle Bens Rice and it rang up at full price. The Cashier sent her bagger to go double check the price for me and the bagger came back agreeing with me, bringing the BOGO tag back with him and saying I was right. The Cashier was so insistent that I was wrong, she insisted it was a different size that was the BOGO and refused to give it to me. I will NEVER be back to this Publix again. Horrible!

This is the worst Publix Ive ever been to, if it wasnt for the fact that I like Publix in general it would have less stars. The general culture here is horrid, the staff is rude and doesnt want to help you. It is close to my house but I need to look elsewhere and drive to another because on every visit here I have been disappointed. The exception being the nice lady in the deli, but besides her it is very disappointing!

Working across the street, setting up the new store and I have 30 minutes for lunch. Thought I would grab a sub. Get there and both ladies are working on phoned in orders, not to mention there is someone already waiting. Are you kidding, phoned in orders should be handled by someone behind the scenes, not at the counter. Youve got customers waiting and its noon, SERIOUSLY. Wont be back.

Food quality is always good. Checkout was slow, the shopper ahead in line had an item that wasnt labeled with price so had to send someone to the shelf, then waited to complete transaction but the cashier wasnt paying attention so credit card device said to wait for longer than normal until cashier reacted.

The store is so money hungry it would rather throw away food than discount it a little to sell before close because they do not trust their employees thinking they will cook too much and buy it themselves. Shows how much they trust their staff. You suck publix!

I come to Florida nearly every year and Publix subs are one of the reasons I keep coming back! This location is busy around lunch time and they dont skimp on the mayo so ask for a little if you dont want to be swimming in it

Very positive. Employees are always willing to actually take you to an item you cant find and also will check stock in back for item if not in stock on shelf. Cashiers and baggers are very friendly. I love the bogos.
