This place has great ice cream but the people here are not friendly. They need to work on their customer service skills. It was a Thursday evening and a girl around her late teens was working. It was my first time in Baskin-Robbins so I inquired about the sundaes, she told me I could add anything I wanted. I therefore didnt like their toppings so decided to go with a cup of icecream. After she gave me a scoop of icecream she asked what toppings I wanted and I told her I didnt want any toppings. She rudely said "well u said u wanted a Sundae so thats why I was asking you". I was appalled by how rude she was and told her I inquired about it and I didnt ask to get a sundae. I ultimately just wanted to know if whether or not a scoop of icecream in a cup was the same price as a sundae. I quickly paid and left. I decided to try out the place another time because I assumed it couldve just been a misunderstanding between us. The second time I went back to this location I had a coupon for one free scoop. There was an older gentlemen working there, he was the only one there on a Sunday. I asked for 2 cups of icecream with one scoop each. During checkout, I handed him my phone to scan the coupon. My total was close to $3. I pulled out my debit card and he was asking if I had cash instead. I told him no, i dont usually carry cash. He started telling me that he is losing money because now he has to pay a charge because of me. The reason he has to pay a charge is because Im using my debit/credit card and the cc company is charging him because of the amount Im putting on my card. Also on top of this charge, hes already giving me a free scoop so hes already losing money instead. I told him Im sorry if I knew that I had to spend a certain amount in order to use my card I wouldve brought cash. I paid and left. Im no longer going back to this location. Both experiences were horrible and the people here are rude. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I changed my mind about which ice cream I wanted and they made it a big deal and gave me attitude when they said I shouldve tried the ice cream before I got it. Very rude, first and last time Im going here.
