I forgot how delicious ice cream can be until visiting Baskin Robbins after many years. I shouldnt be there, but Ill admit Im weak. If youre going to indulge, this place makes it worthwhile. And its still got the old-school charm you remember as a child. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I often take my father here for a treat. A couple weeks ago, he actually told me he wanted banana ice cream. (He usually says anything, so this was a big deal.) They didnt have banana that day, but a team member got creative by mixing vanilla ice cream with fresh bananas, simple syrup and made my dad the best banana shake EVER. He LOVED it!!! After drinking it he said weve been eating raggedy ice cream. Indeed, we had. I really appreciate that so much. You never know how a small gesture can be so big in someones life. He could have said he didnt have any banana but worked to please us. Thats SERVICE!

Its been 4 star worthy until today. Ive lived in the area for 10+ years now, and have always enjoyed this place. Came in today, sat down while the customer in front of us were served, only to have someone else walk in and get serred before us. The girl behind the counter looked at us when we walked in, and could have easily told the other customer someone else was waiting. So with being ignored we just chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Ill probably go back if I see the normal stall Im used to, but certainly not if the same girl is working from today.

Usually their great very curious and very polite always ready to help you no matter how busy they are. But, If they decide to close early and unsure what you want I wouldnt stay because they can be impatient and pushy what I mean is they have a look like come in come in I dont have all day and their attitude is like they dont want to wait on you.

Cordial and smiling staff. Great service. What more could you ask for??? Well maybe pralines and creme, Jamoca almond fudge, peppermint, and bunches more! Sounds perfect to me!!! YUM!!

The young lady who waited on us was very patient and understanding. Multiple samples of the flavors by my kids didnt phase her either. Always lots of flavors and some tasty ice cream.
