Cold night out, was hungry and didnt feel like making something then remembered that World Of Beers was nearby. I had driven by it many times but never went in. I looked at their website before I left so I had a good idea of what I was wanting as far as food went, but wanted to see what beers they had when I got there. I arrived at about 9:00 pm and the place was fairly crowded but I got a table pretty quick. The Server was a bit harried - too many tables, not enough Servers - but she came by fast enough with a menu. I ordered a Paulaner Hefeweizen and the Colorado Chili. The beer was poured well and paired well with the chili. The serving of chili itself was rather small for $7, and the meager portion of chopped onion and sour cream that came with it should have included maybe cheese and diced jalapenos. The chili did have a good flavor to it, smokey and a bit spicy but not too much. Before I left I joined the Loyalty Club which comes at a cost: $15 to join, but you receive 2 free beer cards to use on future visits that covers the cost of joining. You have to download an App (available for both Android and iPhones) and there are a number of challenges, pins and rewards you can collect as you come in and try the different beers they have. Looks like Ill be going back to try some of the other menu items and to drink my free beers at least...not a bad stop all in all!

Poor service. While waiting for a table, I ordered a drink and a round for my friends. Waiter came back and said they were out of my beer, so then i ordered something light just to drink while i look over the selection again. The waiter proceeded to go beer snob on me and tell me not to order that drink. I thought it was pretty rude and he needed to keep his mouth shut. Then he gives me a bill for $15 and some change, i pay with my card, and the tab comes back at $40.81. I did not flip out, and politely asked them to fix the mistake. I did not leave a tip, and i see now that they marked over what i wrote and added a $2 tip because my credit card account says $17 and some change. Not going back ever.

service was really bad . The owner explained that they had a brand new wait staff as it was opening weekend. I understand that but was very put off when a waitress (not our own) told us to hurry up and grab our plates in a very unpleasant manner, this is the same girl that when I said I had not received the right drink she replied that it was not her that put the order in and walked away. On top of that out of the 5 of us only 1 was happy with our meal. 3 of the 5 were cold, I can only speak for mine, it felt refrigerated . I appreciated that the owner was coming around to ask how everything was, but Im disappointed in the all around expierence. We wont be coming back .

Great father and son experience to become beer connoisseurs. From a Designated drivers experience, great food, polite waitstaff, knowledgeable bartenders, and laidback ambiance. Five star experience, decent prices. Magnificently huge beer-cheese pretzel enough to share with at least 3 people. Bar seating was a pleasure. Patio seating available for warm weather. Will be back and highly recommend. Only thing that could improve experience would be small slips to write down tasty selections tried during visit.

Great food and beer selection. They have happy hour with tasty appetizers as well as several beers; not just the low end nonsense you find everywhere else. It has a cozy atmosphere with a rustic contemporary feel. Service is usually good but a couple vists I have had issues getting the attention of the wait staff. They allow you to sample the beers first except for the more expensive ones. In my opinion those should definitely be available for sample just a 1 sample limit.

Three of my friends and I met up at World of Beer in Canton, Michigan for a few beers. We quickly went from excited to unhappy as soon as we walked into the place. It was insanely loud. The host couldnt hear, even though my friend (whos quite loud) was practically yelling. The tap selection was okay, but the service was so damn slow, and the prices were kind of high. I prefer Ashleys in Westland as far as atmosphere, service. I dont think Ill be returning to this place.

With over 500 different types of beer (roughly 30-50 on draft), its easy to become overwhelmed with the selection. Theres a taste for everyone here. I highly suggest using their "find a beer" tool on their website to pick the style of beer you like. Nice if youre new to the craft beer world, or trying something new. The food is good. Nothing stands out except for the giant pretzel we ordered. Easily spans a foot and a half. Beer cheese is a must with this.

I applaud the beer list, no doubt, but we took a good hard look at our glassware and realized that we were not getting the 16 oz "pints" we were paying for. Dont charge for 16 oz and give us 12 oz, thank you very much. Thats a shameless business practice. We could tell because our waitress poured a 12 oz bottle into the same exact glass as one of our pints, and they came out even. Other bad experiences that trip led me to leave 2 stars.

Very good beer selection as advertised and the waitstaff was friendly and tentative. However, the place is pretty small, limited food items on the menu, and is quite noisy. The place is divided into two seating areas and I sat in the closed off patio that had very little lighting and hard to even be able to read the menu...more lighting would be nice! Though high props to the waitstaff offering a tablet to see the beer selection.

Beer selection was good, but man oh man is this place loud. We ended up leaving while waiting for a table because we couldnt even hear ourselves think. This feels like more of a bar than a restaurant, which is fine if thats what you want. For us though, it isnt going to work. Ashleys has a bigger beer selection, better menu, and better atmosphere. That said, if all you want is a couple beers and a bar feel, this is your place.

Good selection of beer (duh) but felt very commercial, very franchise. I will say our bartender was knowledgeable and friendly, but if youve been to one tap House that tries to make everyone happy all the time...Youve been to them all. Very few beers that Ive not had somewhere else in the area. That said...For someone who hasnt been constantly seeking new beers and is just getting into craft, probably a good stop.

Sorry to say my husband and I were disappointed. The on tap beer list was no better than the meijer grocery bottle selection and the waiter never mentioned a bottle list. Another patron told us about the app. for the bottle list. My lunch was good but really skimped on ingredients. My husband didnt enjoy his at all. Although we were with friends, lunch took 2 1/2 hours. We had to ask for the check.
