If u like the redneck bars from the 70s this is the place for u. One difference is everyone is welcomed but the majority is biker types but the juke box is awesome it has a lil bit of everything. Food is great excellent fish on Friday recently had an ownership change and from what I hear from some of the regulars there not having as many customers as before but is definatly not because of the food the service or the atmosfear?one thing that would bring in the people is a band that would complete the expierence!

My Husband and I started looking for a friendly Local Bar to have a Cold Beer..We found it when we found Sams. We are from Clovis, Ca. just passing through on vacation .. The Bartender was Karen very friendly and helpful with what to see and do in town..Beer was COLD, Food was good..We enjoyed ourselves.Thanks

Good little local bar. Ice cold beverages, friendly owners, wait staff and regulars. Very clean throughout. Great jukebox. The food is well prepared bar grub and best of all the Friday all-you-can-eat fish special is awesome. Oh yes...they have wifi!

Great local bar. Exactly what I would expect. Can beer, old school wood paneling, friendly staff... Hear they have a good fish fry/ steak night on Fridays. Will try to make it back..
