The coffee is good, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and sunny, so why wouldnt I like this place? Well, for the first several months after it opened, the restrooms were out of order. I went several times and the employees had blocked the hallway to the restrooms with a large trash can. I finally asked about it, and was told that the pipe between the building and the municipal sewer outside was configured such that it got blocked easily. The building owner and the tenant (Biggby) didnt agree on whose responsibility it was to fix this problem, so it remained an issue for months. I just called and the young woman who answered assured me that the restrooms were functioning, but they were only available for customers. Apparently she started working there since the problem was fixed. Once I am convinced that this problem has been completely solved, I will update my review.

Friendly service but not everyone is good at making drinks. They ALWAYS put brand new employees on drinks, so annoying. The drink is almost never good. Why should I have to pay for their training? That is your job, not mine. Coffee at $6 a pop need to be made perfectly, end of story. I dont have money to waste on a test run w/your new employees & even some of the old ones. Here is some advice, find out your employees strength and put them there. Not everyone is going to be good at making those drinks, it is an art. Either you got it or you dont, either way I am not going to keep wasting money at your establishment.

My husband and I decided to try bigger coffee today and by our surprise it was not what we expected. The service was great but the prices are outrageous. And worst of all our coffee was cold and had a bad after taste . After this bad experience we decided to stay loyal to Tim Hortons at least their coffee taste great and always hot and most of all their prices are reasonable!

Inconsistent on drink flavor horrible replacement policy and when contacted to speak with a manager there was no manager on duty to speak with will not return to this location and possibly never a Biggby coffee again
