Four for food; two for service. This is the second poor experience in a row at this location. The first Mr No ID didnt seem to understand menu changes I asked about. His answer was "they cleaned the menu." Tonight our cashier neglected to give us a buzzer and no one called out when our food was ready. I watched Mr No ID bag bagels and set them on the floor, then sweep around it. Trash shouldnt be visible from the tables and if its to be donated it shouldnt be on the floor. It was there throughout our meal. We saw the manager once. She went to a register, muttered a bit, and disappeared without ever stepping onto the floor to check tables. I love Paneras food, but Ill be driving to a less convenient one from now on.

Normally has great service, employees are usually super polite and quick. The last few times Ive gone though Ive been getting really sloppy looking sandwiches and service has been so-so. Today my roasted turkey, apple, and cheddar sandwich had no cheddar. And when I opened the package my sandwich looked more like salad because it was so sloppy. The pickle that came with it was barely a sliver. I also watched several people who ordered after me get their food first. I just ordered the sandwich, they didnt even have to heat it or anything. The employees seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves, they werent exactly moving quickly. Was a little late getting back to work since I went there for lunch.

One of the best franchises in the area. Their location is grand because it offers (shares) plenty of parking space, their outside seating area is covered and their staff is friendly as can be. Besides it is quite close to my current (for now) work location and my frequently used stores (K, C, HD, T, & W). Sue is super friendly and always has a smile for you. Nice to see vendors that recognice you by name.

Pretty standard Panera! Ive had takeout order that was missing the meat and cheese from a sandwich, which was annoying, but otherwise have not experienced an issue here. Decently prompt with their orders and I do enjoy the self order kiosks. They seem to have a sign about delivery that has been up for quite a while but I keep checking and its not available.

I had the Southwest lime salad and turkey blt. It was AWESOME! In the past Ive only had bread bowls but this was a great change, and relatively low calorie. This location was nice, the staff was friendly and it was nice experience.

Great experience as always, last night they accidently forgot to give me a salad and they came running out in the pouring rain to find me as I was getting into my car...now that is how it should be!!! Good job!!

Did not care for the Italian sandwich. Watch out for the pick 2 prices. You are charged the price of a half sandwich plus the charge of the soup or salad.

I couldnt get a table for my family because all the 4 person booths/tables are taken by singles and their laptop at lunchtime. Will go elsewhere.

The seating in the section toward 14 mile is always cold, year-round. The food and service is the Panera standard, which is good.
