I had business associates coming from New York that only eat Kosher. I found Soul Café on Google and with them just opening there were not a lot of reviews to go by. I wasn’t going for coffee so I disregarded the one about Starbucks and trusted in the rest. I’m so glad I did. The place is amazing. The food was over the top. I am not Jewish but have eaten kosher food 100’s of times in New York. My guests felt the same and as they eat it all the time; their complements had even more meaning. There is something going on at this restaurant that is more important than the food. Soul Café is helping people learn a trade and have meaning in their life. These people are embraced by the owner and staff and guided with love and kindness. I was fortunate enough to take a tour of the whole section of the center where they have a graphic arts department, woodshop and so much more. The things that these young people create are on display and for sale. If you stop in for the food please take the time to take a look at the rest of the story. For the food and the service I give five stars. For the rest of what they do for these young people there are not enough stars. All I can say is…… Blessings to Soul Café.

I went there for a Starbucks coffee and a small bite to eat because their sign says "We proudly serve Starbucks coffee". Unfortunately they only have one type of Starbucks coffee, it was a light tasting medium roast. That is the only Starbucks coffee beans that they carry and they said that they dont have any future plans to expand and carry more roasts/beans. Since it is a jewish facility and mall I think that the fact that the coffee has to be kosher probably limits what they can find & serve. The food took a long time to arrive and when it did it was barely warm. I am not sure why they dont just sell coffee from Chazzano. His all kosher coffee was sold at the JCC (Jewish Community Center) just down the street and he does a great job roasting coffee beans. He is jewish, all kosher, offers many different roasts and is local on top of that. I like his coffee but I am a big Starbucks fan, or at least I tend to buy most of my coffee from them; so I am disappointed that Soul Cafe doesnt have a better Starbucks experience / selection. The place looks great (inside) but most everything else is sub par.

Ive been working here for the past three months. Soul Cafe is a warm environment with a great mission to help further promote Friendship Circles mission. Working with our job coach and and trainees has helped me to be a better manager and coworker. I am blessed to have this opportunity. Our staff is so dedicated to the mission and you will always be treated with the utmost respect! Plus we serve REALLY yummy food & coffee. :)

After trying Honeys catering this weekend, we felt obligated (in a great way) to try out her kosher dairy restaurant. We found great kosher food options at extremely low prices for what you get. Great atmosphere and even better service! I highly recommend this restaurant whether you are Jewish or not, keep kosher or not. Also be on the lookout for their pop-up dinners showcasing new menu items coming up.

You need to a reservation ahead or else you well wait for 20. After you been seated the service is really kind and nice the menu is kosher non meat great salads wonderful soups and the price is not that bad
