Would not exchange a Pair of sunglasses that broke with in a week. Just darn right rude even corporate said she could have got info from my debit card to return them I just wanted to exchange them clearly they have them theyre in stock and you could tell that they were new glasses now she was saying that I could of bought them somewhere else then why would I try to exchange them there Like I have nothing better to do then drive around to a bunch of different stores to make sure they have the same style sunglasses so that I can return to a different store than I bought them from. Sounds like a whole lot of unnecessary hassle to me. I bought them there I wouldnt even know where else they would have sold them I just wanted to exchange them she was rude mean and unhelpful so I just gave them $25 that will remind me to never step foot in a meijer store ever again.

Not the nicest looking Meijer you will ever see, but the people there are friendly and always willing to help. It is a bigger store and easy to move through the grocery area - I have been to other nicer looking stores but the are tight and congested in the grocery area. They are currently undergoing a remodel, so curious what it will look like afterward. There were rumors for years that they were closing this location but must not be if they are remodeling. Plenty of parking, but watch your purse when you come out - I know several people who have had their purse snatched when they were loading their car.

While this Meijer location has a good selection and excellent prices on certain items, Ive found better deals at Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart, Kroger, VGs, GFS, Walgreens and Save-A-Lot. The staff is a bit unfriendly, though not uncooperative, however when using the self-serve roller checkout lanes, I have yet to see but (at MOST) one or two employees offer assistance with bagging. One evening when I was there, I witnessed 2 associates simply lounging on the east entrance benches while customers waited for others to finish bagging. I would like to see this improved but I wont hold my breath.

Very angry!!!!! Had a cart full of groceries and was waiting to check out for over 30 minutes. Im a regular shopper at this location and never been so disappointed with service. Most of my frozen stuff in my cart was thawing out. I left my cart that took me almost 2 hours of shopping and another half hour of waiting. The rude customer in front of me was not making it better because she had several separate orders and couldnt make up her mind what she was going to purchase. I feel they need to make sure to have another register open when people are waiting for so long...

Yes sometimes items are out of stock and the line at the pharmacy can be long but obviously that is due to the closing of the Pierson Rd location and instead of going to a closer location people are coming to burton which is good for our communitys economy, as for the employees they are always friendly and helpful, every time I walk in theres someone greeting me, asking if I found everything I was looking for and a thank you for shopping at Meijer have a nice day when I leave.

Great store layout, and seems to be quite clean. We waited for a while at the meat department for help, and didnt receive any so we walked away after about five minutes. The deli Department is small but has a good selection of meats and cheeses, could do more in the way of salads. The store is undergoing what seems to be a mass reorganization, but they were keeping it out of the way of walking paths and whatnot. Great prices, and great coupons.

Store is very limited on store items. Everything is usually out of stock or depleted. Not very clean either. Must not have the funds to hire a janitor. You go to ask an employee for help and they run for the hills. Tell me why I ever ventured in there to begin with? Oh thats right the good Meijer on Pierson Rd you decided to close and tear down. Not impressed at all.

The only reason it got at least two stars from me was from one worker. He was so wonderful, actually talked to me and my family. Helped us out alot. But other than that they need more people working the floor. When I needed help there was no one to help, and alot of the workers just seemed ignorant to the fact you needed help.

Long lines and waits. Needs updating. UPDATE: LOSS PREVENTION BEGINS LOOKING AT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL and I confronted them, acting like they dont know what is going on, they tell Meijer (a seperate entity) that Im harassing THEM. This store just needs to close its doors. its ridiculous

Clean. Well organized. Cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I were making two separate purchases to utilize our coupons and the cashier rang us up together and gave us the discount on entire purchase! Only down side is you will wait to check out.

The checkout lines were backed up out of control. They got another cashier to open up and he took the people that just walked into line, instead of taking the people who had been waiting in the line. Even the uscans were backed up. Other than that it was Ok.

Renovations made the store really nice. Its really neat and clean. Customer Service needs work. I asked clerk on the floor about a price and without looking up she said she didnt know and didnt even try to help. Cashier was not very friendly, either.

This Meijer has done a 180. Used to be dingy and seemed dirty inside, but it had been remodeled, and it is very nice inside note. I live right down the road, and use to drive to the Davison store, but Ill probably frequent this one more often now.

I like the quality of food. Been in renovation process, so somethings have been low availability. To be expected. Putting a drive thru pharmacy, and it will be more handy to just go inside the door if I need to go in to get a prescription.

Hit or miss. Some employees are nice, others ignore you at the self check out like they cant be bothered, although one gentleman helped bag my groceries at the self check out which was nice. Could have better produce selection.

I really love what they did to this Meijer since the remodel. Before they remodeled it, I essentially tried to the avoid this store, the remodel was a pleasant surprise, and now this is a store that I do not mind shopping at.

The store (Burton Michigan Center, Road) desperately needs to expand their Wi-Fi connection. It will not access Mperks in certain areas of the store. I always have to go to the front to search Mperks and add coupons.

Used to be my go to place when visiting my family in Michigan. Was disappointed in the clothing selection. Normally i can walk by a rack and pluck it from the shelf. I walked away empty handed this time :(
