Last night I ordered a carryout from this restaurant , the same order I have been placing every week for the past year. I called in my order and had to repeat my order to the hostess three times on the phone. Mind you it was not complicated, a fish and chip dinner. I enter the restaurant to pick up my order and the hostess says she is bagging it up this very min. I asked her a few times is everything in the bag, condiments, etc. Oh yes, she assured me. She told me to pick another side as it comes with my, FISH AND FRENCH FRY order. I even tipped her. I get home open my bag and I am missing part of my order. I call it to complain and the manager is put on the phone, and kid you not, starts to tell me off. He is a arrogant ass hole , rude, indignant , I called him a Bastard because he is. I cant believe the things he was saying to me. I drove back up to the restaurant and gave him back his food . Did I get my money back, of course not, but it gave me satisfaction. I think he needs some lessons in customer service, I have worked in restaurants myself for 47 years and never would I have talked to a customer like he did me. Your a ***** jerk, maybe get back on the boat where you came from. I have no problem signing my name to this JULIE ENNETT

I have patronized this restaurant since it opened years with good results HOWEVER about a month ago I ordered a chicken Greek salad to go and the chicken was rotten and threw the salad out. I then a few weeks later stooped to eat in and ordered the Chicken Greek again the chicken was like shoe leather and rotten. The waitress asked how everything was and I said " The Chicken was bad and this was the second time and could I please talk to the manager? she said "I will send him right over " the same manager who was in plain site up until she said that I wanted to speak with him. He then scurried to the back room kitchen and kept peeking out.. but never came out. The waitress "said I asked him twice sir and I sorry but hes not coming out and she was very embarrassed and felt sorry for her. What a spineless manager. I told the waitress I had been in business in Brighton for 35 years and mistakes happen but how they are addressed when they do and addressed promptly is what makes the difference. I would NEVER recommend this JOINT ever again. The owner/manager is useless to say the least .

Omg...went in there 2 eat me n my friend ordered a opa n more or less dinner liver n onion n roast beef sandwich. ..got opa n there waz mold threw out cheese pointed it out 2 waitress made excuse that it waz the grill not the cheese opened up cheese waz all threw it MOLD..waitress told OWNER 2 come 2 r table n he came over asked what the problem waz i said there is MOLD IN OPA n his reply waz NO U R THE PROBLEM N WALKED AWAY...my friend saz we r outta here n left...HOW DARE HE DO THAT 2 HIS CUSTOMERS ...cant imagine what the liver woulda been like...DO NOT EAT THERE FOOD IS ROTTEN...EVEN STORE OWNERS WOUNT GO THERE HE IS A BAD BAD MAN...TAKE THIS REVIEW SEROUS I WORK IN THE INDUSTRY N U COULD SERIOUSLY GET FOOD POISONING N GET VERY VERY SICK OFF OF THEIR FOOD ...AND THEY DONT CARE....IM STILL IN SHOCK OVER THIS WHOLE SITUATION. ..N I WAZ HUNGRY 2...SO I RESORTED 2 THE RED OLIVE RESTAURANT WERE I WORK GRANDRIVER N WIXOM . ...

Really unfortunate place of business. Owners allow and enable an abuser to work in the kitchen. I have heard the cook tell waitresses that he was going to slit their throat. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE ABUSERS. I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD.

Gyro not even in the top 100 best Ive had. Tasted like packaged and re-heat meat; not wheel gyro meat. Salad was bitter, dry, and had old tasting lettuce. Forgot the dressing too! Prices are reasonable considering what youre getting.

I just called there to try to place a pick up order. That person was truly the rudest person ever. I get that she may have been busy,however, its her job to still be courteous. Will never place a to go order again.

The first time I had their chicken in my chicken greek salad I was blown away by how good it was. I had it a few times after that and it was horrible. I dont know if the chicken was rotten or frost bitten. Too bad.

Ordered breakfast to go there a couple times and it has been GREAT both times. Generous portions, great tasting, and at a very reasonable price. The wait staff & hostesses are very friendly and helpful!

A classic Brighton establishment, food is always on point, portion sizes are perfect, service is quick and friendly. Best Coney Dogs on town. Also, the ranch is on point for those wondering.

This place has amazing greek food. If youre in the area you have to stop in have the chicken dinner or greek salad.. The owner is a very nice gentleman and the staff is very friendly...
