This Panera is the worst around. A girl named Lauren took my order and she was very incompetent, very spacey, and everything I said I had to repeat 4 times because she was staring off in the distance. I had initially tried to call ahead and place an order, but they would not allow me because I did not want to give them my credit card information, are you kidding me? Im not sorry that I dont want to tell you my information over the phone, it should be an option for a customer to pick up and pay then. On top of that, this place is always FILTHY. It looks like they never clean it, the tables are always disgusting that I just have to carry out, I cannot eat in. And to make matters worse theyre always out of items, how long has this store been here? Shouldnt they know how to anticipate the needs of their customers by now? When I visited this past time they had given me 1/4 of a sandwich with my you pick 2, it says on the menu "1/2 sandwich and soup" so come on, Im not made out of money, I want to get what I paid for. I attached a picture of the sandwich. On top of that I asked for lite onion and it had even more onions than usual! Simply, Im disappointed, I will not be going back.

There was one server who was really good. Last week I went, she wasnt there and the person who was working the counter in the morning seemed very flustered. While taking my order he was concentrating on the person who ordered before me as that customer kept looking around. Instead of completing my order, he took her 2nd order. When he was making my mocha, he added too much whip cream on the top and decided do pour out some of the coffee instead of taking some of the whip cream off the top. Then he handed me the messy coffee cup where I had to go to the fountain and wet napkins to clean it up and put the top on and add the sleeve before I could even leave to go to work, making me late to my job. Ive decided to take a break from my Fri mocha/bagel at Panera and really miss the Panera on Novi and Grand River!!!

I like this place for meeting with a friend when an inexpensive and healthy meal is of interest. Not wild about their coffee. Pastries can be good. Bagels...Well, dont get me started. I do like the cinnamon crunch bagel, which is not really a bagel, but its good. On Tuesdays, they sell a dozen bagels for the price of six. Memebers of their customer club get points for additional food, and every few months, they run a membership only free daily bagel for a month. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Ample seating and parking is available.

Service is horrible. Have spoken to the manager on multiple occasions with no corrective action happening. I also contacted corporate to let them know this location was falling below their standards, but they couldnt have cared less. Food is almost always made wrong or missing parts. I dont know why we kept giving them chances. Weve finally crossed this Ive off our dining options.

I hate when someone asks me for something I havent ordered. If you want a sandwich and a coke, ASK for a sandwich and a coke. A worker does not and should not care if you have a beverage with your meal. Your review saying the servers assume YOU know what you want and do not suggest you are an idiot that cannot remember if you want a drink or not speaks very highly of them.

I had a great experience here today. Cant remember the last time I was at a Panera, but I wanted some warm soup and a sandwich after my round of golf in the cold rain. And the service was great and good was delicious. I was even blessed with a free smoothie because they had extra? Im not even sure the reason but a lady came and gave it to me haha. I love my experience here.

Dirtiest Panera Ive ever been in. It smelled very heavy and stuffy with food odors. Yes, i know its a restaurant but it should smell appetizing inside. Kids were really hungry and wanted to eat so ordered food and sat outside to escape the odors. It tasted fine but than one of the kids found a hair in her mostly eaten bowl of soup. So disappointed.

This is the slowest running panera ever!!!!!! Everytime I come here there is no line or anyone waiting and it takes 20 mins to make a damn sandwich!!!! Not only that the manager does not care to help the employees making any food, and if there is a line you might as well just be ready to wait your day away

This panera is very dirty, Service is slow and materials such as cup lids run short everytime im here. Full of terrible smells at times but its very unpleasing. I found a hair in my nearly finished soup and one of the smoothies we ordered wasnt blended much. Terrible quality panera.

I was just at this location and wanted to give a shout out to the man giving instructions to a new trainee. I was impressed at your patience and kind attitude to this new recruit who was obviously feeling a little overwhelmed. I love when I see good teaching methods being used.

This is the poorest kept Panera Ive ever been to. The staff is not helpful or friendly. Most Panera locations will let me alter a salad if I have an allergy to something. This location doesnt like that. I ordered a salad and things were on it that I didnt order.

Ive been a regular here for almost 2 years as I work across the street. The service is usually ok. Not good not bad. Today I walked in and noticed immediately an almost entire new staff. Everyone was upbeat the food was great.

Coffee is a critical element of a business like Panera. Customers should not have to wait 10-15 minutes for fresh coffee to be brought out. Your process for ensuring hot coffee is always available needs to be reviewed.

Good bakery and light meal options. Theyll brew a pot of your favorite coffee in the late afternoons when coffee options are usually limited. Good wifi. Clean bathrooms. Opens early for a before-work meal.
