“Honest but not quite...” The pastries are good. For a coffee place they were fumbling to make a cappuccino. But the Lavassa coffee did not disappoint. Upon enquiry I found they are not the same as the Shatila in Dearborn. But they wanted us to go there for better bulk prices. Wish they didnt had to use that name. They had Shatila brand ice cream in stock. Its a nice spot for some coffee and sugar ;) nevertheless!

I used to love their european pastries early in their beginning stages of their bakery... But now, although the cakes are very pretty, they are disgusting! The cream they use is garbage, fake chocolate... I would rather buy a cake from Meijer than theirs. However, the middle eastern cakes are still the best. Too bad, but they lowered thier standard!

We were at michigan couple days ago and we decided to get some sweetes.. We visited this amazing bakery ( usualy we go to the location in dearborn). Honestly this location makes way better dessert. Walked in and received terrible customer service. No greeting, no offer of help...so I walked out without buying anything and Ill never go back. A piece of advice...get off your cell phone when a customer comes into your store. Terrible!

A little intimidating on the first visit with all the choices, but the staff will walk you through whats what and price by piece or by box (get a box). A small box is about $16 filled with cookies and pastries.
